Beautiful, bright, condominium with a shared-private beach. From the moment you walk in the door, you will know special attention has been given to ensure you have a memorable stay. A cozy bedroom with queen bed and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa (new for 2024) in the living room will ensure restful sleep. Air conditioners in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. Two full bathrooms, one off the kitchen and one in the bedroom.

Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.

Please note: pool and hot tub on property will not be available for the 2026 season. No outside shower available at this property and no oven. Gas cook top only.

Fabulous stay steps from the beach

Kids had a blast walking to the beach everyday. Condo was an updated unit and the town was close to everything. Would stay here again.

It appeared that screws were missing where legs attached to seat of chair. Also owner of condo has stored doors under the bed and there was no bed skirt so could be easily seen from living room and bedroom.

Few steps to the beach (very small lot) I really like the excellent customer service from Martha Murray rental. She call me many times, explained well about rental and did a follow up (I give her 5 stars) The only thing about this place is that it is small. My kids (being kids) run a jump a lot, the floors were made very thin because other tenants began to complain about noises

Bed was comfy and mattress felt new. Price was reasonable (off season). Only thing I wish I had brought was a fan. The unit had AC but it was Sept and we wanted the windows open but just didn’t get much breeze. We loved it here! Can’t tell you how many times during the week we said, “I wish I owned this!”

We obviously enjoyed it enough the first time to come back a second time. This year we found the unit pretty dirty with hair in the refrigerator and popcorn/candy bars on the floor. Being such a small unit, we don't generally stay in the room much so it wasn't the end of the world, but I also expected better after our first visit. The location is still great and really what we are staying there for. Martha Murray offered a free midweek cleaning, but we were already settled in at that point and didn't want to be disturbed. All things considered, I would consider staying again.

It was spotlessly clean and in very nice shape. 2 full baths is an added bonus. The only downside for us was no balcony or patio space. But there were Adirondack chairs by the seawall and you couldn’t beat the view.

Perfect location

Condo was perfect for 2-4 people. Fully equipped , comfortable, second floor afforded a nice sitting area even in a little rain. Great area for walking and 'on the beach' . Hope they'll open that pool sometime.
