New in 2025. A/C and reverse heating
Former fisherman's house, completely restored in 2016.
The main house includes a living room equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher), a double bedroom (160cm), one twin bedroom (2x90cm), bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony with sea views.
An independent studio with shower room with WC, a bar / kitchenette, and bedroom with double bed (90X2cm).
All rooms have windows
Behind the main house, small separate building with a washing machine and dryer condensing
4m diameter pool with wooden sun. The stairs to the pool has a fence and can be sentenced by a door with a key. (Child safety)
Parking a car and bikes / scooters front of the house with stairs closed by a door to the terrace gravel side street
A second tiled terrace separates the house from the studio.

Jolie maison proche plage…

… mais aussi proche de la route. Du coup, il y a pas mal de bruit de la route. On s’y habitue mais au départ, cela nous a dérangé. Sinon notre séjour était très bien : cuisine bien équipée, studio indépendant, 5 min de marche pour aller à la plage etc. Merci !

Très agréable prestation avec de plus, une très bonne relation avec les propriétaires toujours disponibles. Il faut néanmoins prendre en compte que ABRITEL ne délivre pas de facture ce qui peut dans certains cas être un point négatif à prendre en compte. Encore merci à notre hote pour cette très belle prestation.

Superbe séjour

Séjour en famille avec enfants. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, équipée de tout le confort nécessaire et jolie ! Le jardin est magnifique avec une piscine et des bains de soleil, plusieurs petites terrasses où l'on peut se détendre, prendre les repas. Tout est sécurisé, très important lorsque l'on a des enfants petits. Il y a un parking privé et un accès hyper pratique, des escaliers qui mènent directement à la plage, pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Environnement idyllique, pinède et criques! Parfait pour des vacances en toute sérénité! Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout!

Well located house above the beach at Tamariu

The house is decorated in a simple style, with a terrace overlooking the beach at Tamariu which is 5 minutes walk away. There are good restaurants, a bakery and two supermarkets a few minutes walk from the property. On arrival the house and studio were clean and we received good instructions from the landlord. We would recommend the property to a friend.
