Beautifully laid out and furnished from the welcome pacķ which was very generous to the well equipped kitchen it was a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended and would look forward to a return visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Peter and Lucy were friendly and engaging, ready to help and make suggestions anytime. Carmen is local and will most likely check you in and explain all you need to know around the house. Great private patio and view of the Med. Home is very close to town and positioned to access the sites and highways. Many restaurants and bars close, grocery and all you need. Many beach towns and castles close by too. Totally recommend this home to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at this extremely comfortable house with the most amazing views. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and other interesting towns to visit. The kitchen was so well supplied! And the beds were comfortable. Plus we loved the shower in the master bathroom. Peter, Lucy and Carmen were always available to help with any issues. Highly recommend this cozy home!

Perfect family holiday in a great location

Perfect. We had a lovely family holiday in Maremar. The communication from Peter and Lucy was excellent throughout. The house exceeded our expectation and the views were amazing. Maremar was a great base to explore all that Girona and the Costa Brava has to offer. I would not hesiste to book again when returning to this area.

Absolutely amazing

We would most definitely recommend Maremar, set in the most stunning scenery and views. Peter and Lucy have been amazing hosts from start to finish. We all really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return at some point.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The house and deck spaces were very well equipped. In fact, we were there during a recent blackout but did not have any worries as the house was equipped with flashlights and candles. If we wanted it, it was there. The nearby walking trails through the woods and along the coastline were delightful to explore.

Superb just Superb !

Fabulous villa in a stunning location. Great communication from Peter and Lucy. The villa is really well kitted out and gives you that home from home feeling. Really nice to meet Carmen and chat with her. If we could give it a six star we would.

Perfect in November

We stayed 8 nights at Maremar and spent our days exploring Sant Feliu de Guixols and the villages along the Costa Brava. We loved Sant Feliu the most and could see ourselves coming back for extended stays. The home was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The location was excellent in both its proximity for walking to town and being in a quiet, private neighborhood. We spent hours on the patio in the mornings drinking our coffee and enjoying the view of the Mediterranean.

3 families and wonderful holidays

If you need quiet place with amazing view of the sea go to Maremar. Peter and Lucy will guide you through every details of your stay from road from airport to cultural events in the region .You will have clean house , very good equipped kitchen ,comfortable beds ,beach towels ,beds ,umbrellas etc . Access to big swimming pool almost without guests .Car is neccessary.

Fantastic!

Maremar is a fantastic place for a family holiday. The house was clean, spacious, in a great location - and with amazing views! Peter and Lucy were really helpful from start to finish, and provide a really friendly but professional service. We enjoyed exploring the local area (including a visit to the water park!), and several local beaches. We also found it easy to just relax at the house and make use of the wonderful pool. Definitely highly recommend!

Luxury family holiday home with stunning views

The house is in a beautiful setting, up on the cliffs with a breath-taking sea view. The owners have thought of every comfort - airy rooms, high quality bed linens and fluffy towels, fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The communal pool is in an idyllic green space surrounded by pine trees. It is an easy walk (downhill) into St Feliu itself, with its sandy beach, crystal clear sea and wide range of restaurants, markets and shops, and activities. Communication with the hosts was excellent, we highly recommend this holiday stay.

Amazing house in beautiful location

We loved this house. The views are spectacular. Peter and Lucy were such attentive hosts. Carmen the housekeeper kept the place spotless and made us very welcome. I can’t think of a better rental experience in 30 years of holiday lets. The house is very well appointed - everything worked - and Sant Feliu is a proper Spanish town - not just a tourist resort. We can’t wait to return. Ten out of ten!

This is such a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The home and view is exceptional with so many lovely details that are normally missed in rentals. The property is further from town and the beach than Google says, but the path and roads are lovely and safe. We did not have a car, although having one is recommended, and walked to town and the beach and sometimes taxid home to save some uphill steps! Mostly we enjoyed all the walking and had a delightful stay. We hope to return to this property and town, both are true gems! Thank you for sharing your treasure! With our walking I will add our trip included individuals from age 59-82, so consider the source!

Fantastic Villa

The villa is much better than the photos - they simply don't do it justice. Six of us stayed for the week and it has everything you could want, The view from the terrace is beautiful and as it faces the sea there is a welcome breeze. Peter and Lucy are tremendous hosts and provided lots of relevant information for places to visit in the area. They were also available constantly to help with any queries able helped by their wonderful housekeeper Carmen. We had a great time on holiday and would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful views, wonderful home, great owner!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very communicative from start to finish. Let me start with the house - it is exactly as described, includes everything they list, is spacious, has parking for 2 cars, and has an outstanding view. The pool is 2 min away. It is close to the beach and the town. The owners were very responsive to any questions and, when we had a mishap at the airport and checked in late, were very accommodating.They left us basic necessities (coffee, bread, fruits, etc) which made us feel very welcome.Carmen, the housekeeper, was very helpful (Thank you!).We would definitely return if given the opportunity. I recommend it for a very relaxing stay at the Costa Brava.

Beautiful house and location

We can only agree with all the other good reviews for this property. The owners couldn't have been more helpful with information and tips to make our stay enjoyable. The house is very comfortable and was clean on arrival. it is in a very quiet and peaceful spot with fantastic views along the coast. The communal pool was lovely though only two of our group were brave enough to use it in January! The town is a comfortable walk away with plenty of food shops, bars and restaurants which were all still open and busy in the winter. For our winter break this couldn't have been better - lots of walking, cycling and sightseeing. Many thanks.

Wonderful holiday

Lovely apartment with a front garden and terrace located in a quiet area with direct views of the sea and adjacent to the woods. Pretty quiet and comfortable place. The house has everything necessary for life: kitchen utensils, household accessories, equipment for the beach. Control (couple) are always happy to help and very friendly. The owners of the house incredibly friendly and very responsible and helpful. Me and my family was fine. Many thanks to Peter and Lucy for all!

Warmth, Light & Space

I cannot recommend staying here enough to unwind and relax. The house itself is all light, flowing space and airiness, with good size dining areas inside and out. We loved dining al fresco with views out over the bay, and a fab terrace to sunbathe on. The pool is seconds away and has lawns surrounding it if you want to sunbathe there too. We loved the cliff walks and forest trails, and the walk down the stone stairway to the sea for snorkelling. And the wonderful views! V short drive or 20-min walk to town, which has a fabulous market for fresh fish and meats, and several wonderful wine shops, restaurants and bakeries. The house was spotless and very well equipped, and we'd definitely stay again!

Family Retreat

We loved everything about this place. The views were spectacular. The house was extremely clean and the four bedrooms and three baths provided all we needed as a family. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one needed to cook well. Our communication with the owners could not have been better. They literally made every step as welcoming and easy as possible. Also everything functioned perfectly. And we felt fully secure. Also a great location for touring in this area. When we next return to the Costa Brava region we will definitely check this out to see if it is available. We would love to stay here again.

Exceptional Property!

Our family of (4) had a wonderful time staying in this home away from home. It had everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation. The view of the sea was perfect. The location was very safe and clean. Everything we needed was a short drive (or longer walk) away. The town was fun and just vibrant enough for us. We were able to do activities during the day and have a comfortable place to relax at night. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that made cooking much easier (no need to bring your own salt and pepper! or any seasoning! :). Peter and Lucy were always available if needed and Carmen was super helpful as well. Truly a gem! Would highly recommend!
