This summer cabin is located in Meadow View Heights and is a great location for a "Pit Stop" to escape the blistering heat. The elevation is 8500 ft above sea level. The days are pleasant and full of fresh mountain air. With the cooler evening temps and star filled skies this will be a sure bet to be the best family vacation yet.

Cabin was clean and nicely furnished. I only slept there, I did not use any of the appliances or other amenities. I would suggest loading the address into your mapping program. I came in after dark and the roads up to the cabin are kind of a maze. If staying in cooler temps become familiar with portable heaters in the upstairs bedrooms. It takes some time to warm up the rooms. I would stay again at this cabin.

I'll start by saying, shame on me, the description was lacking details & reviews were years old so I should have known better. However, this property was my absolute worst VRBO experience ever. I don't recommend it & won't be coming back. Pics are clearly outdated bc there are actually bright green (eye sore) walls in the kitchen. There are exposed capped wires in the bathroom and beside the fridge. Cluttered open/leftover food in a cabinet (PB, flour, syrup..) which is just gross. Clutters of old mags and papers in random piles - bathroom, tv console, side table that just need to be tossed out to make the place more appealing. Passive aggressive signs EVERYWHERE reminding you of what you can/can't do in the rental which are very unwelcoming & mention $100 fees you could be charged for disobeying. Not sure why the cleaning fee is so high since you have to wash and put away your own dishes and take out your trash to a dumpster you're directed to at the bottom of the mountain that doesn't exit (we ended up having to illegally dump our trash bag at another cabins as a last resort after driving around for 15 min looking for the one in the instructions..) Shower curtain is gross & edges around the shower could use some attention. The furniture is all so very old. The master bed is incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable, so much so that the last few people who signed the guest book commented about it hurting their back. Overall it just felt dirty despite being somewhat clean. Also received no less than 13 misc emails from property mgmt company which is way overkill and unnecessary. We had a 1 year old with us who enjoyed climbing the stairs, but because there's no central air (which we didn't realize at booking) there is a baseboard heater which is incredibly unsafe for a small child - I would not consider this place safe for anyone under school age. No wifi, which was fine but could have been mentioned in the listing since it's just a basic thing to provide these days. The area is fine, but there's definitely nothing to do nearby besides rent an ATV. Restaurants listed hours are unreliable. We stayed here to be between Zion NP & Bryce Canyon NP. It was our first time in the area so we didn't know any better. Now we've seen the other cute little towns around both parks and would definitely stay in one of those in the future instead of here. We felt misled and disappointed by this place despite having what was otherwise an incredible family trip.

Good location, but no A/C
It was conviently inbetween Bryce and Zion, but I did not have A/C and needs to be more clear about it! Middle of June coming back from a day of hiking it wouldn’t cool down till 10 at night. We left two nights ealry.

This is not where we stayed.
We had 2 booking issues in a row due to owners calendars not being current. Fortunately for us FamilyTime Travel made it right for us by arranging a place at Elk Ridge that turned out to be almost perfect! Thanks, Matt

The property was very clean and inviting. Nice location and easy to find.
I have rented many different properties in the duck creek area and for the price this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-kept and had all the comforts needed. We could not have been happier.
