The remaining 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each 90x200cm, 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with natural light, living room of 25 m2 + terrace of 25m2, kitchen of 20 m2 fully equipped for 8 people and kitchen terrace. Completely private solarium of 80 m2 with sun loungers. Garage of 80 m2. Television and Satellite.
Hot water and heating. Grohe thermostatic showers in the bathrooms.

Fabulous place to stay

We stayed for a whole month in February and had an amazing stay. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. It had everything you could wish for and more. The outside areas made sure you could enjoy the sunshine and the sea views. Inside was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was really comfortable! Easy walk to the long (and clean ) beach and, even though a lot of places shut for winter, we still found lots of nice places to eat and enjoy a glass of wine.

Alles zusammen ein sauberes und schön Gelegenes Haus. Jedoch hatte wir öfter das Problem, wenn Elektronische Geräte (z.B. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) benutzt wurden, dass die Sicherung mehrfach rausgeflogen ist.

Hallo Jan, danke für deinen Kommentar, es gab einen Fehler in der Elektrik, wir haben einen Elektriker geschickt, er hat mehrere beschädigte Elemente ausgetauscht, und schließlich ist es vollständig repariert, als Entschädigung erstatten wir dir eine Nacht, prüfe, ob du es erhältst Ihr Bankkonto. La casa es EXPECTACULAR, con vistas maravillosas al mar. Un cuarto de estar inmenso, puesto con mucho gusto. En la terraza hemos hecho mucha vida, las vistas del mar, son maravillosas. La cocina completisima, como la que puedas tener en tu casa. En el dormitorio de matrimonio es fresquito, como toda la casa, tiene unas vistas al mar preciosas. Los colchones son muy buenos. Hemos alquilado muchas casas, y está es una de las mejores. Nos ha encantado

Estupendo alojamiento. Comodidad y tranquilidad.

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe y las fotos corresponden a la realidad. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Hemos ido 6 personas (2 adultos y 4 niños) y la estancia ha sido estupenda. La localidad está muy bien y posee todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia sin problemas, y desde la misma se puede recorrer prácticamente todo el Cabo de gata. Con el propietario muy bien. Buena comunicación y plena cordialidad. Si volvemos al Cabo de Gata, desde luego repetimos.

La casa estaba como dice el anuncio totalmente equipada, de las más completas en las que he estado. Las vistas al mar preciosas, tal y como indican las fotos.; los propietarios muy atentos y han facilitado cualquier requerimiento. Ninguna pega...bueno sí, subir la "cuestecilla" andando en las horas de calor ;-). Espero repetir. Gracias por todo Javier.

Wir verbrachten vom 21.12.2014-08.01.2015 unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus. Wir fanden das Haus so vor wie auf den Fotos und verbrachten 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Wir genossen den wunderbaren Ausblick. Es war alles Tip top. Bei der Ankunft hat auch alles super geklappt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Chalet muy agradable y confortable

Casa muy cómoda y con mucha luz. Zona tranquila y con buenas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Se divisa todo el pueblo de Carboneras y la costa. Los propietarios son personas excelentes y de absoluta seriedad. Está amueblada con gusto y te hace sentir en tu propia casa. La recomiendo a personas que sepan disfrutar de este tipo de viviendas y busquen una estancia tranquila y agradable. Eso sí, lo recomiendo en unas fechas distintas a la que vayamos nosotros, puesto que no estamos dispuestos a renunciar a esta estupenda posibilidad vacacional

Casita preciosa

We rented this house with 8 students, sharing the rooms. The house was very clean and the owners left some drinks for us in the fridge. The three showers and kitchen are in great shape. The living room was large enough for 8 and has a nice sound installation. The closest beach is a 5 minute walk but the nicer beaches are about a 20 minutes walking distance. The town itself is nice, touristic, and there were nice festivals on the beach and in the town during san antonio and san juan. Only downside was the lack of a good internet connection. We stayed there for a month and loved the house, the owner is friendly too. All in all i would recommend this house if you are staying in carboneras
