Bayport Beach and Tennis Club offers the best of everything Longboat Key has to offer.
Please note that during the high season, Jan. - March, a reservations must be for the entire season - ninety days.
Bayport is a private community on 27 acres with beautiful grounds and facilities. Guests have access to our private deeded beach just steps from your front door, plus bay access for kayaking, fishing, bird watching and exploring. The facilities also include a resort style pool, fitness center, community lounge, 4 clay tennis courts, bocce ball, golf practice net, and private fishing pier.
The 1400 square foot second floor condo, has two bedrooms and two baths with one king bed and two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, private deck, covered carport, interior washer and dryer, access to our tandem kayak, fishing equipment, golf clubs, and beach cruiser bikes all included for your enjoyment. The community park right next door has tennis, pickleball and basketball courts overlooking the bay. Restaurants, shopping, and all that Sarasota and St. Armands Circle has to offer are all close by, but once you are at Bayport why would you leave!

California is our home, but we have a love of Longboat Key and the beautiful water. My wife's family had a home on Longboat Key for years and those memories brought us back as owners.
Why they chose this property
We were looking for a property that gave us access to the best Longboat Key has to offer, and Bayport does just that. With access to the private deeded beach, Sarasota Bay, clay court tennis, pool, kayak launch, bocce ball, lounge, beautiful grounds, and a great community Bayport provides a resort feel for owners and guests.
What makes this property unique
Bayport is a unique low rise community that has both Beach and Bay access within a few steps, plus the best amenities on the key. Walk out your front door and be walking on the beach, or launch our kayak and explore Sarasota Bay all within seconds of leaving the front door. You might even see a Manatee.
