Charming, one-of-a-kind property in a boutique-like setting with only 11 other units. There is a beautiful, heated pool with tables and chairs, as well as chaise lounges. The property has grills and a dock on the bay where you can go finishing or just sit with your coffee to watch the sun come up! Across the street is a private beach (4 min. walk) with chaise lounges for you to use. This second story walk up property includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a second TV. There is a daybed on the lanai which is a great place to nap, read a book or watch boats on the bay. One dedicated parking spot is included. Walking distance to Durante Park, Euphemia Haye Restaurant, Lazy Lobster Restaurant, La Norma Restaurant and Pizzeria, Blue Dolphin Cafe, Tylers Ice Cream, antiques, art, Pilates, CBD, salon and other shops.
