Perfect for two couples

Condo was large and spacious everything you need. Right on the beach with Duke’s restaurant attached. Overall condition of the condo was very good however linens were a little tired.

Exceeds expectations

The view was even better than the pictures. This was a very comfortable and clean property that made our vacation with teenagers comfortable. Communication with property manager was seamless and they were able to let us check in early, which was wonderful due to our early flight. The entire property is very nice and we loved being close to Duke's. Only down side is that the adult pool is small and the pools are really crowded with younger children.

Amazing Resort

This is our 6th time to Maui but first time at Honua Kai. We will make this our “go-to” resort from now on. Exceptional grounds and facility. Everyone was so friendly, amenities first rate and the ring was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location and spacious unit

After doing a multi stop vacation, ending our trip here was destination we didn’t know we needed. The unit was huge, clean and spacious and the balcony was outstanding. The property had everything we needed and we wish we could have stated longer. We don’t come to Hawaii regularly but when we come again we will definitely stay here.

Great way to enjoy Maui!

We had an amazing time with our family of 5. The lanai was a favorite place to start our day in the morning and we ate dinners out there too. The view with the Ocean to the left was gorgeous. We will be back!

Perfect Family Spot!

Amazing property for families! We had the best time ever in our perfect 2 bed room condo at Honua Kai! Stocked to the brim with beach chairs, toys and floaties. Kitchen was perfect for easy breakfasts and packed lunches before our daily excursions. Close proximity to Lahaina, Black Rock Beach, and Slaughterhouse beach - easy drive and easy covered parking at the resort We saw turtles and fish right off the beach and our 4yo loved the pools, water slide especially! Would definitely come back!

Awesome experience as always. We’ve stayed here several times and has always been a memorable experience. Place was clean, included beach toys, chairs etc. location of room is conveniently located near the elevator. Staff is awesome and very friendly. My only complaint is the parking garage is a little tight but manageable. Will definitely come back here again.

Amazing week in Maui

We had an amazing time at the Honua Kai resort! The condo was perfect and exactly as pictured. It was right next to the elevator which made it so convenient getting to and from the car and pool/beach. The resort itself was amazing! Wonderful beach and the pools were probably our favorite part with the little ones. Best part is you can order food and drinks from Dukes and they’ll bring it to you poolside which was so nice. The beach toys, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were a great surprise and so nice to have however, we did bring some of those items so it would have been nice knowing they were there so we didn’t waste the luggage space. We were glad we stopped at Walmart right after landing at the airport to buy food cause the other local grocery stores were a bit more expensive. The kitchen had everything we need. Only thing we would add would be a pizza cutter but a knife worked just fine. All around an absolute wonderful trip!

Great Property. Will Consider Again!

Really a lovely property. Great location. Beautiful view. Wonderful amenities. Nice mix of people at the property. Not too crowded. There are a couple of things at the property that need repair, like the windows and screens. The washer and dryer are not vented so they don’t dry very well. A little pricey during high season. These issues were very minor. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful suite with a great location at a great resort

Beautiful suite with a great location at a great resort. The suite itself is a large two bedroom with living space in the middle to separate the rooms. Bathrooms and bedrooms are quite spacious and there's a large lanai off the main living area. Definitely recommend this location for families as there's space for everything in the suite and the resort itself has amazing pools and Duke's for dining.
