Chalet Soleya is located in the heart of the Alps, in the traditional family village of Le Grand Bornand, with a breathtaking view of the Aravis mountain range.
The chalet faces due south, guaranteeing maximum sunshine.

The chalet combines modernity, ecology and authenticity for a true discovery of the mountains.

Chalet Soleya is ideally located for your family or friends, whether in winter or summer, with the multitude of activities on offer in the surrounding area. It's in a very quiet area, with no roads or other sources of noise nearby, so you're guaranteed a restful night's sleep.

Measuring 180 M2, the chalet has 3 levels and can accommodate 12 people in great comfort. Possibility of 14 people on request.

Chalet Soleya has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the center of the chalet is the living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sitting room with fireplace. There's a magnificent covered terrace with a table for 12, and an exceptional view of the mountains.

Séjour exceptionnel

Séjour de rêve en famille, à 11 dont 3 enfants. Le chalet est d’une qualité exceptionnelle et les équipements et mobilier sont d’excellente facture. Très bien situé et avec une vue incroyable sur le Grand-Bornand et les montagnes. L’hôte est toujours à l’écoute et très réactif. Un excellent séjour à renouveler.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Chalet propre et pratique avec une très belle vue. Nous étions un groupe de 11 adultes et nous étions à l'aise. Plusieurs chemins pour partir du chalet à pied en rando ou vers le centre du grand bornand. Hôte disponible et accueillant. Je recommande.

mooie verblijf

Zeer goed ontvangen door de moeder van de eigenaar. Prachtig uitzicht en op wandel afstand van het centrum. Alles aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij waren hier in de zomer met 10 personen en hadden ruimte genoeg ook om buiten overdekt te eten. Ook ruime garage om onze fietsen veilig weg te plaatsen. Wij hebben genoten van het uitzicht het weer en de rust.

Zeer comfortabel chalet met een prachtig uitzicht.

De vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken en uitrusting voorzien. Le Grand-Bornand is een plezierig skigebied voor families met kinderen. Dankzij de nuttige aanwijzingen van de familie Vulliet hebben wij zeer snel onze weg naar de pistes en de skiverhuur gevonden. Het weer was ook perfect. Kortom, alles werkte mee aan een zeer geslaagde vakantie.

Très beau chalet avec une superbe vue!

Chalet très beau avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes! Chalet très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Il y a également un garage fermé, très apprécié surtout en moto. Commerces à proximité au Grand Bornand, facile d'accès! Très bon séjour!

Accompagnés de 3 couples et nos enfants nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet tout confort et flambant neuf! La vue est dégagée sur le village du Grand Bornand et les Aravis: superbe! Très pratique: un parking privé permet de garer plusieurs véhicules et les enfants peuvent jouer en sécurité devant le chalet, la route n'étant pas passante! Décoration soignée et ambiance cocooning, on se sent comme à la maison tout de suite. Équipement au top: cafetière espresso, appareils à raclette , micro ondes... et meme barbecue/plancha semi professionnel que nous n avons pas eu l occasion d utiliser. Aussi, nous avons apprécié les 2 belles suites parentales avec leur propre salle de bains: surtout apres une journee au ski Je recommande vivement, à revivre absolument!!

Idéal famille et vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce chalet, la vue est magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal entre le village et les pistes. Tout est neuf. Pour les enfants l'endroit est sécurisé pas de passage de véhicule, c'est une voie sans issue donc ils peuvent jouer devant sous nos yeux. Nous avons apprécié la livraison à domicile des pains et viennoiseries à commander la veille au boulanger du village.

SUPERBE !

Semaine magnifique : neige, soleil et chalet superbe. Très belle exposition, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée toute la semaine. Tout est vraiment réfléchi dans ce chalet et l'équipement est parfait (rien ne manque, tout est neuf) même le service boulangerie est prévu ! Superbe !

Ideal pour des vacances en famille

Séjour parfait dans ce chalet, la vue est magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal entre le village et les pistes. Tout est neuf c'est hyper agréable ! Le chalet est situé au bout d'un chemin donc aucun passage de voiture et les enfants ont pu jouer devant sans aucun souci. Tranquillité absolue. Petit + : les viennoiseries livrées à domicile, on commande la veille en laissant un message au gentil boulanger qui vous livre au chalet le matin suivant, j'adore !!! On prend rendez vous tout de suite pour l'année prochaine

Tres beau sejour

Excellente location, bel emplacement, pas trop loin des pistes et au calme Tres Jolie vue sur le massif On y était à 2 familles + 1 couple, 6 adultes et t enfants, les enfants et les parents avaient leurs espaces En plus c'est neuf donc tres moderne et confortable Équipement au top, on est comme à la maison Petit plus : les parents du proprio sont juste à côté et tres sympa, pour donner une bonne adresse, un conseil sur le ski,... On revient l'année prochaine !

Amazing!!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances de Noël en famille. Le chalet est splendide, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Ensoleillement garanti avec une splendide vue. Recommandons ce logement pour des vacances réussies.
