The well-equipped, full kitchen plus the private washer/dryer provide all the conveniences of home. And start each morning by stepping out onto your private balcony to enjoy your coffee.

Find your very own boat slip located in Anna Point Marina! While swimming and boating are always popular here, Lake Anna is stocked annually, making it a great place for year-round fishing. In the marina, you'll find great shops to outfit all your lakeside needs including boat rentals and fishing equipment. A short drive takes you to many local restaurants.

Place didnt have ac on.breaker was off.very hot.floors dirty.long black hairs in bathrooms.ac return vent nasty looking.master bed sounded like plastic when you moved.sliding door to balcony broken off.our white socks were black from walking on floors with dog hair.

Not what was expected

Arrived to find the house dirty. Contacted Vacasa (hosting business) to advise. Property Manager contacted us immediately and sent someone over to clean. Property Manager provided excellent communication during our stay. There was a lack of proper cooking utensils, no lids for the pots/pans, master bedroom bed would squeak extremely loud anytime you moved - which provided an uncomfortable night sleep, kids beds were fold out cots, and the shower head in the master bath squealed while taking a shower. Despite all that, neighbors were very nice and slip is available for your boat which was a short walking distance from the apartment.

A quick visit to the Lake

This cozy apartment was just what we needed for our quick visit to Lake Anna to participate in a local triathlon. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Checking in was easy and checking out was a breeze. All of the amenities we needed were available. Everything worked as expected: keurig, toaster, dishwasher, shower sinks, etc.

The house is real nice, The service the Vacasa provides is very good. We only have 2 isues the report. We knew but an email the Wi-Fi bill was fixed but it wasn’t. They gave us a hotspot in the fix the problem. The other one is the TV to channel the provide really bad , in the last two days it was completely gone we were not able to see anything. Besides that the place is really nice

Very comfortable place

This was a very clean and open space! The only complaint i would have is that the bed was noisy when you first sat or laid on it although thankfully it did not bother us at all during the night. The communication upon reserving, checking in and checking out was great! We were attending a wedding nearby and it was a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.

Super Clean

The condo is nicely decorated and VERY clean. The beds were pretty comfy but loud when you climb in. The only thing (and now I’m being nit picky) is the bathroom rugs could have been thrown in the washer or replaced. Gave it a 4 because the area is very industrial looking and you can’t see the lake from the condo. A big plus was the boat slip. We rented a boat and we were able to use the slip and that was really nice! I would definitely recommend this condo and renting a boat.

Fantastic place!

Exceeded expectations

Ideal location for boaters wanting to spend a couple of mid-week Summer days on Lake Anna without breaking the bank. When we pulled in, things didn’t look promising with two ragged pontoon boats up on blocks right behind the parking lot. However, we were really pleased at the cleanliness and thoughtful touches in the place. The beds were comfortable; the spacious living room was outfitted with comfortable furnishings; the dining room had plenty of space and the kitchen had a Kuerig... enough said. The condos don’t have a view of the water, but that doesn’t matter since they’re at the top of a hill with the boat slip down the hill directly behind them and the marina right around the corner. Grocery and sub shop just a mile or two away. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we go to Lake Anna.

Roomy!

Very nice, clean, and big, open rooms. The 5 of us had plenty of space! Feeding the ducks at the dock each night was fun. Nice having a boat slip!
