Description
A special place for you, your family and friends. Enjoy waterfront living with a 60' deck and lower patio, plus a screen porch, all overlooking Lake Anna only 100 ft away. At the water, a spacious 1,600 sf boat house with a 'whip' mooring system for guests boat, large sun deck, covered gazebo, and bar room with refrigerator, microwave and hotdog maker... all adjacent to a gradual sloping beach.

House has a open floor plan on both levels for entertaining. Every room in the house has a waterfront view (with exception of the Guest Master). Both Masters are on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room (which includes a sleep sofa) on the lower level, providing everyone 'their getaway space'. Guest washer/dryer located on the main level.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties or Celebrations, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home for families & couples to enjoy.

And most importantly, the safety of our guests and our family are always a top priority. We have our home professionally cleaned by a licensed firm prior to each individual guests arrival.

Love the property, we stayed in this same home the year before as well. Great dock and small gravel beach right on the lake and close to a restaurant and bait shop. The fire pit at night is a great place to sit and talk the night away. The home has a great dowstairs game room and is very comfortable. Visited in the fall both times, quiet and beautiful setting during this time of year.

The house was lovely in the Lake view was spectacular. We spent most of our time decompressing, and relaxing by the water. I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants toyou have a peaceful, relaxing vacation?

Perfect Location

We have been coming to Lake Anna for serval years & by far you have the best location yet. The home was very clean, organized & very communicated directions for the operation of the home. We appreciated our stay & was very thankful for the last minute booking. In the future we will be on the look out for this property for our yearly vacation.

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible this home is. Absolutely love the location. The house smells so clean and fresh the minute you walk through the door. The views of the lake are fantastic. We loved the open concept of the home. The hosts think of everything to make your stay as carefree and accommodating as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and utilized all the outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy our time together. It could not have been more perfect. Location and View are perfect!!

Beautiful home and incredible view, Great location. I'm a bass fisherman and this fit me personally with my boat qith dock access and was still perfect for the family. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. Highly recommended.

Very nice.Peaceful and serene. Property could have been cleaner.Probably end of season wear and tear.Some things needed repair such as bannister to downstairs and screen door to the deck.Broken and off track. some of the outdoor steps are way to high and concrete color makes it hard to see especially for older people. But overall a great place to gather.

Amazing waterfront home

Outstanding home, clean, neat, modern, comfortable, with excellent layout. Enjoyed the large overwater dock with great outdoor furniture. My wife and I enjoyed tremendously and plan to bring the family back to rent here in the future.

We all had a marvelous time!! The house & property are incredible. We had everything we needed. It is very well stocked! The dock is so nice and we spent a lot of time there. Everyone slept comfortably. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. We would love to stay here again!!

Just Wow

The review title was our first impression of this beautiful property. House is airy and clean with large windows to enjoy the peaceful view of the outdoors and lake. Well stocked with anything one needs for a comfortable and hassle free stay. The only things that could top it off would be the addition of a king bed and return of the pinball machine! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped home. The lake views are stunning and relaxing just what we needed. Special thanks for the use of the golf cart which allowed my wheelchair family member the opportunity to hang out at the boathouse and enjoy fishing. The only frying pan sticks which tears your food. And the main level master bedroom mattress is worn. And thanks for the quick response with the code access upon arrival.

Place is as described. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake. I brought spices cleaning stuff, hand soaps they had it all. Beds were super comfortable even the bath towels were a good quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place on the lake. PROST!

We had been coming to the lake primarily to waterski for 30+ years. Always dreamed of having our own place and finally made the decision after looking at more homes than you can imagine to find just the right one. We live permanently in Northern VA and plan to make it down to the lake as often as possible, regardless of the season.

Why they chose this property

We have 7 children now from High School to early 30's, so we needed a property that would hold our family of 9 (at times to include the Grandparents) and entertain all ages, young and old. And that is what we found!

What makes this property unique

We really enjoy the expansive deck, screen porch, large yard to play in, natural beach with gradual fall off which is wonderful for little ones and old ones alike. Our new boathouse is over the top with Gazebo, overhead fan, lounge furniture, large sun deck, bar room with fridge, microwave and hotdog maker! We offer 'whip' boat docking system for guests. Our dead-end street with cul-de-sac is great for the younger ones to bike or skate. Especially appealing is the ability to take a stroll to The Cove Restaurant, ice cream shop or convenience market in 10 minutes.
