Tout était parfait ! L'accueil avec le sourire, la proximité de l'océan, de la petite épicerie, de la location de vélo. La propreté de la maison, la déco, l'accessibilité aussi, (ce qui est important quand on voyage avec une personne âgée !). Pas de mauvaises surprises, au contraire !

Iles propriétaires des locations devraient obligatoirement donner la marche à suivre pour l'evacuation des dechets menagers, à savoir payer en sus 1.85 euros par poubelle et le fait de posséder un code d'accès.

Déçu

Le sol en beton était froid. Le frigo (sifflement), le sèche cheveux et le micro onde sont à changer. Les lattes des lits enfants étaient cassées. Pas de sécurité sur les fenêtres coulissantes dans la chambre des enfants. L'extérieur pas entretenu. L'utilisation de l'électricité limitée n'avait pas été annoncée. Heureusement il a fait beau et on a pu profiter de la plage toute proche.

Une maison bien équipée et bien située

La surface est optimisée (pas de perte de place) et l'isolation phonique est très bonne : malgré la proximité de la route, on n'entend pas les voitures quand on est à l'intérieur. L'isolation visuelle est excellente. La rénovation est de bonne qualité (salle de douche, cuisine) avec un petit point faible sur la literie en 140 : le sommier est bruyant et pas très confortable (matelas correct).
