About this property
Cartagena Home in front of the beach
House in front of the Beach and next to five star Las Americas Hotel. It has three bedrooms with a bathroom and air conditioner in each. One studio and three terraces and one parking space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffemaker, gas stove, oven and microwave. There is a studio on the 3rd floor that overlooks the blue green waters of the caribbean ocean .
The beach in front of the house is good for practicing watersports like kitesurfing or kayaking.
There are a couple restaurants in the area that serve local dishes like Red Snapper with coconut rice. There is also a Japanese Restaurant within walking distance and a very nice restaurant on the hotel nexdoor.
The airport is only 3 minutes by car and downtown Cartagena is is only 10 minutes away. If you feel like cooking, you can buy food and drinks @ Exito market which is a block away.
The condo has a nice pool and security guard 24/7.
