Master bedroom offers 1 king bed. In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island. Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area with outdoor seating. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for our guests.

South Beach

We stayed Memorial Weekend. The location was great with a bike / walking path right out front. The room was a great size with a full sitting area & kitchen.The front desk was responsive when we needed something.The pool was great. It was a walk to the beach but the beach WAS right out front and a fabulous view. The grounds were very pretty & well maintained. We would stay again.

Treasure Island condo hotel

The location is great, and the view is awesome. Check in was easy, everyone was super nice and helpful. Condo was clean and pleasant. Mattress was kind of lumpy, so that’s something to consider.

amazing view and place to stay and highly recommend.

went with my wife and kids. The location was perfect and the area was just as great. the area seemed like a lot of people but it really was not which was awesome. Quiet at night which is hard to find sadly but they got it. The pictures honestly hold back.

Great place to stay for a small family!

My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed last week, and had the best time! The condo was in a great location on the beach, and in walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was clean and had all of our needs met for the week. The notification of sounds from construction next door were mentioned prior to our arrival, but we hardly noticed the sounds at all, unless by the pool. All work stopped by 4pm, and only on weekdays. Not too bad at all. We would definitely book again. We loved our first stay in Treasure Island!

Great location

My husband and our two daughters 10 year old and 8 month baby stayed here and it was perfect for us. They even had a crib for us to rent for the baby. The grounds were very well kept, office staff was nice and provided quick responses to any questions before arrival they let us in a little early with our flight getting there before Check in time. We were happy to see how close it is to the beach and they have free chairs and umbrellas to use. We enjoyed the pool and great restaurants near by, we went to Ricky T’s twice because the service, atmosphere and food was so good. The beach area is wonderful, clean and not busy at all.. we felt like we had it to ourselves compared to the public area. Overall great experience the construction next door didn’t bother us we hardly noticed.

Great Location

There were only two problems with this rental. The shower head can not be adjusted and it is extremely difficult to turn on and off. The couch is ripped. A small concern was lack of security. I would feel safer if one needed a key code to get in and out of the building and pool area. We did not have any problems. Location is outstanding. Great beach.

5 night stay

The property and the individual unit (#202) was clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby and less than a mile from John's Pass. The management was friendly and accommodating. The buildings in this area are set back quite a bit from the beach as compared to Madeira or St. Pete Beach. You can see the Gulf in the distance but you can't hear the waves or feel the ocean breezes. It is a decent hike to the beach when carrying beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The property is priced similar to units that can be rented at nearby beaches where you are located directly on the beach. That would be the only negative I can say about the property and our stay.
