The house is wood and is very comfortable in both winter and summer. All windows are triple glazed to have a perfect seal with the outside. Hot water is produced by solar panels. Rain water is collected to water the garden. A perfectly green home!

- Before the R Bus stop: that will take you in 10 minutes to the station building sites. The station building sites takes you 10 minutes to central Paris (Gare Montparnasse)
The house is 5 minutes walk from Forest Fausse Repose, where you can make beautiful walks. Golf, Swimming pool, horse riding and tennis courts are 10 minutes away by bus.
