Pepin Marina Retreat: Cottage Apartment with Deck

We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, next door to Bear Fish Brew Coffee House, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. Up the hill is the River Time bar, which also features live music and small plates. We are one mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. There's lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the cloth sun shade on the gazebo on the deck, please put it back in the retracted and secured position that you first found it in. The wind off the lake has damaged it int the past.
•place patio cushions back in weather-proof box on the deck. •Close/lock the sliding door to the deck. •leave washed dishesin drying rack. •Place used towels in the tub or on bathroom floor.
•Leave beds unmade •Leave curtains open for the plants. •Garbage and recycling can go into the appropriately marked bins next to the parking space in the back of the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Rules: Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am Please no shoes on carpeted areas Sleeping Occupancy: There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.
Pricing is for 2 people. For an additional 3rd or 4th guest, it is $25 per person, per night. No parties or events.
You may have a small number of friends or family visit. No smoking of any kind. Please put things back to where you found them when you arrived.

This is the best-equipped apartment I have ever stayed in. The kitchen has a well-stocked coffee bar with Kcups, teas, spices and sugar cubes. Freezer was filled with ice. Lots of dishes/cooking supplies/utensils. A cupboard in the bedroom has art supplies if you feel the urge to capture the view. They've lost one of the trees out front so the view is even better although the sun is more intense. There are lots of blankets and throws for sitting out on the deck stargazing. The apartment sits above a coffee/ice cream shop. A train track is across the street and they do run often but not that loud. and who can resist waving to engineers, counting cars and admiring the graffitti.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and cozy and as described. The location was wonderful and we really felt at home. Marya and Ken were proactive with their communication for check in and very responsive when I had a question. Loved it so much we are already planning the next visit!

Had a wonderful time!

Very nice neighborhood and fun just to walk around and see all the houses and shops. Close to parks and lakes. Our hosts were very accommodating and got me a pan I needed for a dish I wanted to make. I would love to come back some time!

Friendly, Clean, and Quiet

We loved this spot. Check in was super easy and the kitchen was even stocked with essentials which we really appreciated. This place feels more like a home and less like a rental. We were nervous to stay without any reviews on VRBO but the host is a super host on Air BnB and couldn't have been friendlier. Plenty of street parking available.
