Just an overnight stay for a wedding in Pepin. Very reasonably priced. No overnight street parking in front of building but parking lot is close. There are a lot of stairs so thats important to know if there is an issue with steps! Cute coffee shop & store just a few blocks away. A great morning walk!

Nicely upcycled historic property. Nice location in such a quaint town. Comfortable, quiet accommodations. Loved our stay! Only negative is 38 steps to the 3rd floor if you have any mobility issues.

Cool place, but needs improvements

The good:Cool place with a fun rustic antique vibe. Bathroom and kitchen updates were well done. The owners were very kind, accommodating, and allowed us to check in early. The bad:There is significant water damage in the ceiling all along the main large room and master bath with visible mold in some spots so if you’re sensitive this is not the place for you. The furniture was all old, not many comfy places to sit, and those that were smelled very musty.

Perfect condo

This is one of our favorite VRBO's. It's large and spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect in beautiful Wabasha, MN. We'll be back again.

Perfect location!

This loft is in a great location right in the middle of downtown Wabasha. It is super clean and provides the basics needed for a small family gathering. The check-in process was easy and the owner responded quickly with any questions we had! There are cute little restaurants and bars within a block or two. I will definitely stay there again next summer!

Impressive Remodel

The condo is really big length wise, running the length of the building, but narrower in width. The kitchen and bathrooms are attractive remodels and modern. The floors are wooden and brick walls. Spacious and very functional for two couples. It was more than I really needed for just myself on a trip, But enjoyable to have the space.

It rained the night we were there resulting in a leak in the ceiling of the living room. That night around 2:am our daughter and granddaughter awoke to a bat in their bedroom which started flying around the common area of the loft. Consequently, we all slept in our bedroom in the same bed for the duration of the evening getting very little sleep. I called our host, Allie, again in the morning and she was very understanding and said she would give us a refund which I thanked her for. However, VRBO would not refund their fees (50.00) which I feel is wrong and not very customer friendly. I did get the refund minus VRBO's fees that Allie said she would do. There is a fireplace in the unit, but I couldn't find the switch for it or instructions on how to use it. They also did not supply soap for the shower; luckily we had some with us. Once again I want to thank Allie for her help getting our partial refund and for her understanding.

Amazing/Cozy/Comfortable

Our weekend stay at an amazing loft in Wabasha, MN, for our Old Friends Weekend was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the charm and character of the loft, which was beautifully designed and spacious enough to accommodate all six of us comfortably.The loft was not only stylish and cozy but also conveniently located near great restaurants and activities, making our stay even more enjoyable. We spent our days exploring the local antique shops, finding hidden treasures, and reminiscing about the good old days as we strolled through the quaint streets of Wabasha.In the evenings, we dined at fantastic restaurants nearby, indulging in delicious meals and sharing laughter and stories over glasses of wine. The loft provided the perfect backdrop for our gatherings, with its warm ambiance and welcoming atmosphere, creating lasting memories that we will cherish for years to come.Our Old Friends Weekend in Wabasha was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and camaraderie, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to reconnect and create new memories with our dear friends.

Host allowed us to drop off our belongings before checkin time so we had everything in the vrbo before enjoying a family wedding in Pepin,WI. The kitchen was wonderful! It was a lovely stay, beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the beds were not very comfortable and made a lot of noise when moving around to get comfortable. The kids said they felt like they were sleeping on rocks.

Utterly charming loft apartment with loads of charm and personality. Loads of options provided like games, magazines, extra pillows, etc. would stay here again in a heartbeat. We walked around downtown and discovered lovely shops.

It was an amazing place, walking distance to everything. I would definitely go back and stay here. This was my first experience and now I now I know why people rent house instead of hotels. We had a venue in Lake Pepin and it was about a 15 drive but so worth it.

This condo has the perfect location. Walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shop, music under the bridge, The Eagle Center and the walking path along Mississippi River. Two bedroom each with a private attached bathroom. Huge open concept kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace.Host was more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Wabasha Weekend

Great place to stay. Right in the center of town. The property was exactly what was described. We could walk to coffee shops, The Eagle Center and an Irish Pub across the street. The property was quiet, convenient, and in a nice safe area. We stayed with my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren ages 2 & 3. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. Great place for a romantic getaway or a weekend with your family!
