Magnificent property located on the heights of Oyster Pond, splendid 180 ° sea view, facing Saint Barth, Tintamarre and Galion beach. It is on the French side, at the border of the border with the Dutch side

Spacious villa on 2 levels comprising 2 large living rooms, fitted kitchens, 5 independent comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and toilets.

Large garden with 2 private pools, one of which overflows, furnished deck terraces, covered dining areas.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay, renting out both the upper and lower floors of this home. Very well equipped kitchens, beautiful views, in a nice quiet location on the island away from airports and cruise ships, and very near some amazing restaurants and beaches. The owner was very helpful during the stay as well. And - St. Martin really is the friendly island!

Christmas stay to celebrate Retirement

Wonderful property with spectacular views. Perfect for all of our adult children and us to vacation together! On request Patrick and Melanie brought groceries in for us to have the morning after Christmas since stores were closed when we arrived and got a reservation at a nearby restaurant. Thank you for all you did to make our stay remarkable!

Family stay for Christmas

We had a great stay. Everything was great. We had a great space. We had everything in the condo including a juicer! Well stocked. We had a minor issue with water access when the pool maintenance was being done. Maybe getting a heads up would have helped but this was a minor problem overall. Checkin smooth and the property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend Oyster Ppnd.

Excellent holiday!

We are a family of four, as well as one pair of in-laws, and Eden Rock was perfect. We rented both the Upper and Lower units, which turned out to be very wise as the layout gave everyone a lot of privacy, but it was also ideal for family dinners. We loved the two pools, the many decks, and the spacious living areas, particularly in the upper unit. The amenities were exactly as promised, and the wifi was excellent. We were 15 minutes from Orient Bay and Grand Case in one direction, and a bit less than that to Phillipsburg in the other. The Oasis restaurant is excellent, and the little general store next to it is ideal. The fresh bread and patisseries are excellent. All in all, a perfect stay.

Family birthday celebration

This was our first time to St. Martin. Because we were unfamiliar with the area Patrick had recommended an excellent car rental company who had the cars at our house and he picked us up and took us to the house. Upon arrival Maryse met us and showed us around and explained the details of the house. It had five bedrooms and was located very close to the ocean. Our view was spectacular. In our planning Patrick suggested and reserved a catamaran for us, made reservations at two restaurants for us because there were few restaurants open on New Years Day which is when when we arrived. The two pools were excellently kept up and the grounds were beautiful. The house had a locked gate that we opened and closed each time we left and the house had a security which we used each time we left. We felt very safe. We rented the entire house so we had two fully equipped kitchens at our disposal. I cannot say enough about Eden Rock, we totally enjoyed our stay. We were there from January 1st through the 9th.

Amazing views

We utilized both the upstairs and downstairs and enjoyed everything. The pools are clean, the views are outstanding and the house is in a good location. The hosts & Maryse were also very good. Great experience. C.Eich

Beach Getaway.

This house was one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed in. They have every amenity that one would want. We felt safe and never had to worry. The pools were in perfect condition and were the perfect temp! I would recommend that everyone checks out this place. Very close eating near by. About a 20 min drive to Orient Bay Beach. When we come back to St Martin we have already agreed we are staying at Eden Rock. Thank you for making our stay magical!

Excellent property and views

Our family had an excellent time during our stay. The property has been recently renovated and in perfect condition. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs with excellent communication. The property owner Melonie and Patrick answered every question. The property has two floors with separate entrance and kitchens. This worked well with our large family of 10 adults. The ocean views and breeze was so wonderful to enjoy every day. The desire to leave the sliding doors open facing the ocean to enjoy the ocean breeze during the overnight hours is not recommended. Secure the property during the night to protect yourself and personal property, from unwanted guests trying to take advantage of tourists while their sleeping. I highly recommend this home you will not be disappointed.

Magnifique séjour à Eden Rock

Nuestras vacaciones fueron soñadas.la casa es más linda que las fotos.melanie siempre atenta a nuestros pedidos y la señora que nos recibió venía todos los días para todo lo que necesitamos.el auto es importante ya que a pesar de que las distancias son cortas,ningún camino es corto porque es de montaña.la casa era tan hermosa que solo íbamos a la playa y queríamos volver para disfrutarla.ideal para familias grandes.sin duda volveríamos!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette superbe maison , très spacieuse , accueillante et aménagée avec soin Les cuisines sont bien équipées Les chambres sont grandes et équipées de très belles salles de bains La vue des terrasses et piscines est splendide La maison est située dans un quartier calme où il est agréable de se reposer au bord des piscines Nous avons découvert de très belles plages pas très loin ( Friar's bay et Happy bay ) Le loueur de voitures , recommandé par les propriétaires , nous attendait à l'aéroport comme convenu Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Eden Rock ( conforme aux photos )
