Inspired by the ocean's natural beauty, the home is decorated with an artful collection of coral pieces that you can't help but admire. The living space is set to entertain family and guests alike with a spacious open floor plan. Prepare fabulous meals while being part of the fun in the fully equipped and excellently remodeled kitchen. Additional seating at the kitchen bar for up to 5 people, as well as a dining table for 6. Create new and lasting memories with a beautiful outdoor living space. The pool features bench setting along one side suitable for the whole family. A patio table with seating for 8 means and an outdoor kitchen area for grilling. The lanai also features an outdoor seating area and lounge chairs for the soaking up the sun.
For those with little ones an outdoor bathroom with full shower is available. Perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or after a long pool day. Inside the Santorini Room (Master Bedroom) features a luxurious king-sized bed and private lanai access. Elegantly decorated the Santorini Room feels like a resort getaway equipped with its own private spa master bathroom. Renovated with true style, the spacious shower offers dual shower heads, blue ambiance back lighting and a floating shower bench enhanced with blue back lighting. The Flamingo Room (Guest Room) is delightfully decorated and offers a trundle bed which converts into a Queen bed. This room also provides a hidden murphy bed for additional guests. The Blue Room (second guest room) offers a Queen bed and private access to the pool.

This property is a self-catering home. Groceries, toiletries and paper products are not provided. Housekeeping will provide starter paper products for newly arriving guests. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Propane tanks can be refilled during your stay at any local grocer. The pool heater is set to 85 degrees.

Beautiful home, relaxing pool area but operating system problems

Home is beautiful and well kept, with quality outdoor pool and entertainment area. Only downsides were location and Publix advertised as very short distance from house is still under construction and far from being open — so not sure why it’s touted as a convenience as you have to drive to north side of island to access other Publix. No propane tank was hooked up to grill or available and it delayed cooking dinner, frustratingly. Called and texted property mgr about issue and sent picture of missing tank and received no response our entire week. Prior guests comments about a myriad of problems with Alexa commands to control all major house systems are correct and very likely NOT a case of prior guests not using commands correctly. We even recited the commands straight out of host’s home guide verbatim and most do not work or the system gets confused between multiple devices and asks for specific device accounts in a room. Too many to know which one to name and how to name it, and the commands often echo throughout the house confusing all room’s systems. This was extremely annoying/frustrating during our entire stay, and we even have a similar voice-controlled operating systems that work flawlessly at our home — IF set up correctly. As nice and “fully digitalized” as this house remains, the basic operating systems’ unreliability makes this a no-go for repeat rental in my opinion. The owner/hosts might consider taking prior guests’ comments to heart about this problem, instead of just blaming them/us in host responses to our comments for essentially being dolts that cannot read instructions. Time for the hosts to completely reset and reorganize their systems so it doesn’t torment guests during their stay... or, otherwise, please lower the higher end rental rates as the continual frustration due to these issues doesn’t justify the weekly/nightly rates for this property.

A little more info needed

We stayed here this week for Spring Break from Indiana. We love Marco Island at this time of year because it is beautiful. This house was nice and we have Alexa at home. Alexa at home works great, but at home I know the commands. There needs to be a separate page or pages in your book that tells the commands for each room and the name of each room. There were several things we could not use as far as lights by the pool or the light and fan in the "cabana" room. There were also a lot of disappointments as far as the Hot Tub that was not usable or the fire pit that needed a part (the part was there just needed installed.) The book needs updated terribly. The garage door opener did not exist and the button outside did not work. The gas grill would be great but we did not have enough propane and ran out during our second time using it in the middle of the cook. It is a beautiful house and we were really pumped to get to stay there but please update things and get things all in working order and commands for Alexa written down. The beach cart needs a wheel in the front. The ice maker was an awesome addition though. There were 7 of us and it worked great. We had two sets of adults and 3 boys an eight year old and 2-11 year olds and had plenty of room. I would recommend this house if they update the Alexa commands.

Spring Break

Property was clean and very modern. Smart home system didn’t work well to commands (Couldn’t get patio lights to turn off at night). Conventional switches would have worked better. Kitchen nice. Location was good and easy to get everywhere. Pool was great to have as we spent most days at home. Master bedroom was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Go to the beach early as parking lots fill up early and then there’s no where to park.
