Great house for a family getaway

House was clean and had everything we needed. The abundance of towels and other items such as laundry detergent were really helpful. Of course we replaced it but we were able to get laundry done. There is a bunch of beach stuff; cooler, chairs, umbrellas, toys that was really helpful. House is centrally located right near restaurants and a few minute bike ride to beach access, veterans park, shopping. This is really great. House itself is in good shape, pool was great, the only surprise was the bathroom location. At first we couldn’t find the third bathroom, but it is in the garage. This worked out fine for our group. Overall it was fantastic. We would come back but wouldn’t pack towels or beach toys. We did end up renting a smaller bike for one of the kids but that was super easy and inexpensive. It was so great to have the bikes with the house and made getting around and after dinner rides a delight. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We arrived at the home it was clean on the outside, easy to find. The way the home was listed showed a older bathroom. Which much to our surprise was remodeled. ( master bedroom) I would suggest updating your photos on your listing. The home had many amenities to it, we had not known. Many beach towels all in great shape. Many beach chairs, bikes, pool items. Plenty of towels for the bathroom use. As well they supplied shampoos and conditioners, hairdryer, flat irons, Q tips. This was definitely a nice touch. We had used the family gathering area allot with the family. It was more for game times, hide and go seek, etc. plenty of room for the kids to play. They loved it. They had plenty of extra blankets and pillows if need be in great shape. Few things to work on. Our first two days of spring break we had very cold pool water. It was so cold for the kids. No one adjusted it for our family before we arrived. The kids were freezing. This was so disappointing. We had to call them to have them come out to turn it up. The weather was nice a warm out so we wanted to enjoy the pool as well. One Reason we rented the home. The cement around the pool is slippery. The pool needed vacuumed Good scrub ! Kitchen cupboards smell old and are old. I would suggest when possible to possibly put new cupboards in. They make the cups and dishes stink. The binder with info in it was great. Larger sign for garbage pick up dates are a must.

First time stay

Our first trio to Marco Island. Found the location to be ideal as it was central to many restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. House was very well kept, was very roomy and comfortable. The heated pool was a bonus.

Marco home

You can tell they've improved an older home with nice furnishings, comfortable beds & pillows, and well stocked cabinets, pool supplies, & beach bikes. The two areas in need of remodeling are the kitchen (cabinets broken) & the master shower (very old & you must set up on tile to get into it).
