OCEANFRONT Avon - Griggs Lane - Come for a visit at BELLA BEACH BOX. Located on a quiet side street in South Avon, enjoy direct beach access and pretty ocean views. The open floorplan and vaulted ceilings in the great room welcome you to this charming cottage on the beach. Four bedrooms provide clean accommodation for the group with bright and beachy decor. The top level deck is spacious and features a picnic table and the bubbly hot tub, perfectly perched in front of blue water views. Stay with friends this year at BELLA BEACH BOX.


New for 2026: New cargo lift.
New for 2024: Three of the home's bedrooms are being updated with new beds. The queen master will now feature a king bed. Two bedrooms, the room with two singles and the room with the double bed are being converted to queen bedrooms. New gas grill, this home now features two grilling options for the group chef! Three of the TVs have been mounted and are now featuring Silicon Travel services. Lounge on new Adirondack captain chairs on the deck. New refrigerator.

Perfect location for a great beach week. Not 5 stars because this is a house where you need to bring everything. I’m used to some of that but this was pretty extreme. There was no hand soap and nothing for beach (no chairs or towels etc). So just come prepared. Also house isn’t in greatest shape. Perfectly livable and all we needed just some things a bit “old”. Floors were coming up in a few places etc. but a good deal and we had a great time.

Much needed retreat!

The house was clean and neat but there was a very bad smell in the home. I noticed the smell coming from underneath the kitchen sink. The pipe for the sink was deteriorated allowing gases to flow back into the home. I was placed a towel around the pipe which cleared up the smell for the week. Other than that it was an awesome home and everything worked perfectly! Will stay again!

Beach Haven of Delight

This property is just perfect! Loved the deck with captains chairs. The hot tub was so relaxing at night and star gazing was amazing. The views are just incredible! House is super clean and very comfy. This is my favorite beach house!!!

OBX BLISS AT BELLA BEACH BOX

We had a great vacation at Bella Beach Box. The view from the deck was amazing! Pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. I highly recommend. Save yourself some money by booking directly through the realty company

Bella Beach Box

The house was in a beautiful location! Jacuzzi heater did not work! Even after being fixed by property manager. Deck furniture was in disrepair and there were dirty rugs in bathroom.

Great place. I would provide a dish towel, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of TP, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher soap.
