The top floor of the home features a spacious and comfortable living area looking towards the ocean, opening onto a wrap-around deck, with TV, as well as a separate round table for games and puzzles. The adjacent kitchen and dining area is extremely well appointed, with plenty of cabinets, wide countertop space for preparing meals, seating for six at the kitchen counter, as well as a separate dining room table, looking out towards the sound. Choose from four comfortable bedrooms on the mid-level of the home, including a bright and sunny master bedroom (king) with its own private deck and en-suite bath; a second master bedroom (queen) with en-suite bath, and two bedrooms (queen, 2 single) sharing a common bath. The private hot tub deck is located on this level near the front door. On the ground level is a large game room with its own separate entrance, which provides a four-in-one game table (foosball, table tennis, pool and air hockey), large screen TV, and convenient wet bar. The full bath on this level features a large custom tiled shower and a sauna. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
