The cottage is planned for 5 adults maximum but we have an approval for 6 people with the town hall. You can add a baby or young child in a travel cot (which we can provide).

The cottage is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed 1 dressing room
- Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
- separate WC
- Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, vitro, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine + 4-person table with stool
- Dining room - table 6 people
- Living room: 2 large leather sofas - 120 cm LED TV - DVD player
- Garden with fenced terrace and lawn (lockable garden door) + Barbecue + garden furniture + 2 sun loungers
- Parking for 2 cars (or 4 cars in a row) on the property outside

Baby equipment on request: bath, travel cot, booster, changing table ...

Travelers live in the house next to that of the owners.

Ground floor accommodation (except two steps to access the room containing the 2 single beds

No smoking in the accommodation.
Animals accepted if clean, not damaging the furniture, not going up in the beds and sofas and not staying alone in the accommodation. (by prior agreement before booking)
It is a cottage for tourists, workers, people who come to see their families, you can receive guests but it is not a cottage for birthday parties, new year ...
