La maison est bien placée géographiquement. Les espaces sont adaptés pour une famille de 10 peronnes entre 4 et 71 ans ! Dommage que le soleil ne rentre que très peu dans le logement.En ce debut de saison, le logement manquait un peu de propreté...

Sejour agréable mais pouvant etre largement améliorer

Anonnce relativement conforme, appartement un peu vieillot. C'est dommage qu'il manque l'essentiel (liquide vaisselle, sel, poivre, huile...).

Séjour en famille

À 25 min du Puy de Dôme et à 20 minutes d’un grand supermarché, le gîte est bien placé et il est fonctionnel pour 12 personnes. La propreté n’était par contre pas au rdv : on a trouvé de la vaisselle sale, la bonde de la sdb du haut était verte…… Quelques désagréments supplémentaires : pas assez d’oreillers par rapport au nombre de couchages, lunette des wc bancale, baignoire sous un toit en pente pas pratique pour se laver…… Heureusement il a fait beau et nous avons pu profiter de la très belle région !

La maison est bien située, proche de Clermont et du mont dore. La maison est parfaite pour 12-13 personnes. (Grande table, cuisine bien équipée) La seule chose, la maison est pas très bien insonorisée. Je part ça rien à redire. Merci

Het is een groot huis met veel kamers. Het sanitair is wat verouderd en basic. In de keuken zijn redelijk wat potten en pannen, maar ofwel heel klein ofwel heel groot. Tijdens ons verblif ging de boiler kapot. Er kwam heel veel zwarte rook uit de schoorsteen die het huis binnendrong. Het leek niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurde. Het sanitir heedt duidelijk nood aan een vernieuwbeurt..tot slotis het een redelijk donker huis waar je altijd de lichten moet aandoen . Ti

Belle maison maid quelques détails à revoir

Gîte bien placé entre le puy de Sancy et le puy de Dôme. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la pièce à vivre est agréable Gros bémol concernant la propreté de la literie en général. Les alèses de matelas et taies étaient sales, elles n ont pas été changé et une des couettes avait une très grosse tâche. Par temps de covid, ça n est pas rassurant de dormir sur un oreiller où le précédent locataire a bavé. C est très dommage car la literie est néanmoins confortable. Il faut prévoir des alèses jetables comme dans les campings si vous ne voulez pas les laver. Les sdb ont besoin d être rafraichies.

Gîte agréable et très bien équipé

Le gîte est parfait pour les groupes très bien équipé à proximité du Mont Dore et du Sancy. Le seul bémol a été l'odeur constante de fioul de la chaudière qui était très désagréable notamment Le matin.

Location très bien équipée ( l'électroménager, jeux de société). La personne qui nous accueille et le propriétaire sont très agréables. Seule ombre au tableau une odeur très forte de fioul dans le couloir.

De maniere generale, bon sejour.

Maison en pierre séparée en 2 gites a l'etage. Comme dit dans les commentaires precedents, tres forte odeur de fioul dans l'entree de la maison et dans le gites si on ne fait pas attention a bien fermer la porte d'entree. La chambre du bas est aussi plus sujette aux odeurs que le reste du gite. A part ca, bon electromenager dans la cuisine, grande table, bonne literie, par contre il n'y a qu'une seule couette dans la chambre du bas. Pour le reste il s'agit de couvertures et de duvets pour les lits simples/d'appoints. Les salles de bains meriteraient un rafraichissement mais pas de defaut majeurs. De maniere generale, bon sejour.

Super gîte, situé à 2 pas d'une aire de jeu, et d'une ferme St Nectaire, un régal. A moins de 30 minutes des pistes, donc top. Propriétaire à l'écoute, plein de bons conseils et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci :) Les + : luges prêtées, cuisine équipée, vaisselles et plats en nombre, appareil à raclette, grand salon Les- : petite odeur de fioul, machine à laver qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Très bon séjour

Logement correspondant aux informations décrites. Spacieux pour le nombre d occupants prévus. Seul bémol pour nous, la taille du frigo ( trop petit à notre goût !) Heureusement, les -5° et la neige ont fait office de réfrigération. Le propriétaire est très réactif aux messages, à l écoute et arrangeant. Nous pensons renouveler le séjour !
