Former school in the hamlet of Liournat, in the town of St Sauves d'Auvergne. This house in the augernate tradition is located 5 minutes from Bourboule and 10 minutes from Mont Dore, in the heart of the Puy de Sancy massif. Tastefully renovated, quiet and fully equipped to enjoy your vacation without worries. Ideal for a family stay in summer and winter (cross-country skiing and snowshoeing 2 km in winter and hiking and mountain biking circuit in front of the house in summer) with a large, fully enclosed garden.
1 bathroom completely renovated in September 2017 and a new larger bathroom built in June 2017 for more comfort for our tenants.
4 bedrooms and 10 beds to welcome you, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large living room, an equipped kitchen ...
