Royale Palms 1402H Oceanview Studio w/Pool & Beach

Ocean view studio on the 14th floor of the Royale Palms, connected to Hilton Myrtle Beach. Updated unit with new LVP flooring, and freshly painted. It has beautiful ocean and resort views at your footsteps. It is furnished a king size bed and work area desk and chair. We provide a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge. Your private balcony, accessed easily through a sliding glass door, will give you the Beach below your Sandy Toes and Feet. Or spend time to enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something hot or cold.

For an additional rental fee, this studio can be rented with Unit #1402 next door to become a 3BD / 3BA combination to share with extended family and friends.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping. Be sure to catch weekly fireworks displays all summer, up and down the beach! Arcadian Shores is the most immediate golf course, located right outside the Kingston Plantation perimeter, but there are 100's more to choose from within a half hour drive. Great Location

Perfect weekend getaway

The property and room were well maintained. However, one of the three elevators wasn’t working but it didn’t cause any real issues. The room was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. Bed was firm just like we like it. Bathroom is quite large.

Decent place

The location and property amenities make this a good property! It was clean enough, but could have used more attention. (Examples: Wiping down the side of the vanity instead of just the top, ensuring the fridge was cleaned and did not contain food/drink from previous visitors, cleaning the residue in the ice bucket, etc. ) the property owners were fantastic and made check in and check out an easy and seamless process!

A Perfect Getaway

My adult daughter and I decided on a Wednesday that we wanted to have a beach weekend starting that Friday. We had stayed often at Royale Palms and always worked with Chanda and Navin, B2 Vacations. As always, Chanda responded to my request immediately and we booked a studio unit in just a few minutes. I later had several other questions and they were answered immediately. The unit was perfect for us. Billing, check-in and all other instructions were instructions were clear and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return as soon as possible. Next time we'll try to plan a little better but I know Chanda and Navin will help us whenever we're ready.

Wife’s Bday Vacation

Great property and location. Room was as advertised Was offered and paid for early check in only to have it denied due to people in the room before us. (Don’t offer if you know that already). The parking/security officer also gave us the runaround with getting our parking pass for the week. Lastly the pool for this listing is super small, and you don’t have access to the other pools on the property . Only to have the Hilton guest using our pool. They should not be allowed if we can’t use theirs. It jammed up the pool area every day.

It worked for a weekend.

The first night was very rough. I did not sleep. The bed is uncomfortable, the new AC woke me up all night, the pillows were missing pillowcases, and little things/details were unavailable (dishes for jewelry, soaps and stuff unknown, bathroom not fully cleaned), never got the WiFi to work, TV was confusing. The neighbors were loud (3am loud), doorbells being rung by kids in the middle of the night and fire alarms going off. Unable to accommodate a late checkout (that’s fine), and overall I guess assumed more from this place based on its reviews. With that - I can say, the AC noise was promptly repaired and owner responded respectfully. AC works if that is important for you! The place was clean overall. Check in was seamless, the app is great. I appreciated that. Photos are as described. I know some of the things I experienced were likely beyond the control of the property owner. And the bed comfort is an opinion (very stiff, no comforter). While the property worked for the weekend, I honestly considered a different place for a more comfortable bed each night (and no I don’t have back problems). I appreciate all hosts on Vrbo that are polite and share their space with others. This was no different. That said, I personally wouldn’t stay again. I bought new bedding and pillows I took home with me - that was my solution to sleeping (down comforter and pillows) and made it manageable. Thank you.

Highly recommend staying with Navin & Chanda in any of their rental properties! The unit was very clean, well-stocked, and just the right size for a couple. Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
