Cozy half-timbered house with room for everyone

Ground floor a very large living room with 2 large dining tables and a separate lounge area with TV and a dart board. Very spacious kitchen with cooking island, plenty of cupboard space, 2 fridges and fully equipped (including many spices). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds and 2 large bathrooms and 2 toilets. The 2nd floor 3 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping places and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. At the rear a large parking area with a carport of 6 by 6 meters and at the front a large sunny south-facing terrace with 2 picnic tables, seats with a parasol, and a large veranda. The location is very quiet and yet within walking distance of the many restaurants and all sporting possibilities that can be done in this spa, including indoor swimming paradise, indoor children's play paradise, tennis, bowling, outdoor swimming lake, cycling, hiking, skiing, tobogganing, pedalos , bird of prey park, fairy tale forest, mini golf, children's playgrounds and regularly we have a deer in the back garden.
