A Beautiful One Bedroom Condo Unit, located on the ground floor. Very comfortable for a couple on a get-away to Florida. When you enter this Condo you will quickly realize that you have NOT entered a "Rental Unit" but you have chosen a loved and cared for Home away from Home for your vacation experience.

This Condo is located on the back of the building offering a quiet stay away from the traffic on the parking lot. The mornings are very pleasant as this unit faces the East so you can enjoy the rising morning sun, this unit is protected from the heat of the afternoon sun as it moves to he West side of the building.

The Kitchen of this home has recently been remodeled with new cabinets, new counter top, new over the stove Microwave and new dishware, so that you will feel at home.

After a day of enjoying the Beach, Kennedy Space Center or one of many vacation destinations, lay back and relax on the California King bed before starting a new adventure tomorrow.

Your home away from home is only a few minutes to Melbourne Beach, Mall, Historic Downtown Melbourne and other places like the Brevard County Zoo and so many Golf Courses.

You can expect to find a very clean, quiet and safe place to stay during your visit to the Palm Bay/Melbourne Florida area.

The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and other services needed to return the Condo to the state of cleanliness that it was in when you arrived. After booking a stay you will receive and offer to purchase a damage policy for a very small fee, it will be your choice if you wish to purchase.

Palm Bays Condo was perfect

I have stayed at many a Homeaway place, but none like this. Everything in this condo was perfect. The hospitality off er red was huge in supply of anything anyone would need. The condo was newly renovated and was so very comfortable and just beautiful. The bed was so wonderful and the kitchen supplied and met every need anyone could want. It was so quiet and I am single, I felt safe at all times. The location is near tons if restaurants, attractions and the beach. The owners are accessible and very responsive for any questions or concern. Thank you Les, for a delightful stay while in and around Melbourne.

Wonderful spot!

Perfect spot to spend our pre-cruise days. Amenities were unbelievable for a VRBO! Absolutely everything you could need including coffee/tea, tp, detergents etc. close to everything in Palm Bay and just a short drive to Melbourne and Malabar. Thank you Les for having such a great place to put up our feet! Only thing was the 2 singles pushed together to make a king. Just doesn’t work. Selection of pillows and bedding were great! Very clean. All the necessities are provided. Owner will bend over backwards to accommodate you!, very friendly! This is not a party location, quiet and peaceful. (Would recommend for your mature renters), which matched us perfectly.

What a perfect little condo with the perfect location! It was a home-away-from-home! Anything and everything we could need was here! All we had to do was purchase groceries and we were set. Quality at an affordable price

This is my second booking. Quiet, well kept property. The condo is modern and nicely furnished right down to Band-Aids. I've spoke with the owners on a couple of occasions and they're wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Thanks Les and Patty, as always it was a relaxing stay.

This property is exactly as represented in the photos and description and a really lovely place for a couple to stay in the Melbourne area. Everything you could possibly need for a multi week stay is provided. It is convenient to grocery, gas and many restaurants. The condo community it is in is well maintained and quiet with a very nice pool. Owner is easily accessible and responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for us

Not disappointed whatsoever. I’m a noisy bed snob, and as described prior to the visit, all good. Mattress is firm - not too firm. Community is quiet, neighbors we saw were friendly. First floor, no steps- easy in and out. Parking is convenient. Inside we were greeted with a gift basket with snacks and toiletries. Every room was stocked with conveniences of your home. Enjoyed our stay and will rent here again.
