Joshua was a pleasure to work with. property was clean, neighborhood is quiet and the beds were comfortable. we could have used a mixer in the kitchen but would have stayed longer if we could have.

Super Cute!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was gorgeous, clean, and had everything you need for a great beach weekend! We loved the kitchen and it helped us save money on food. The beds were comfortable and the area feels safe. The owner communicated very effectively, and had a great info packet to explain everything you might have questions about. We had a great girls weekend and will definitely book again!

Great for price

On the smaller size, but we knew that going in. Just fine for two with two more bedrooms. Very close to beaches (20m to Spessard Holland), wonderful walking trails in Turkey Creek Preserve (5 m drive). I recommend this unit.

Pleasant and comfortable. Could have a couple of more high stools available for use around the island. Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. If you're a sports fan, have all of login information to access your streaming apps. There was a small issue with bugs in the kitchen the first night.

Our property is treated monthly against pest by Masey pest control, but hurricane Ian passed through last week and could have washed away the chemicals sprayed around the property. Had we had been informed that there was an issue with a pest we could have had someone out immediately to address the issue. When Gina checked in I asked how check in went and if she needed anything feel free to reach out to me. No contact was made after that. It’s disappointing that I was not informed of any issues until this review.

My stay in Palm Bay at the The Coastal chef House

Location was close to Indian River Lagoon and Melbourne, FL. Shopping close by which was nice since we spend 2.5 months. The bedrooms could have used dressers for long term renters like us. Living out of a suitcase was a bit awkward. I used the 2nd bedroom for my clothes.

Property was left in good condition. Communication was difficult at times due to either phone or technical issues. I was informed of some guest needs after check out that could have been resolved immediately had I been informed during their stay. This was my first long term booking of 2.5 months and Lucy was very kind to leave som great feed back on things I can do to help better accommodate future long term renters. Such as dressers for guest who don’t prefer to hang their clothes or fold them and place them on the shelving in the closets.

All the Comforts of Home

My husband and I rented this house while we were in FL to adopt a newborn baby. The house is very clean, new/fresh, and cozy. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the ability to stream our favorite TV apps from every room was nice. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. The host was very professional and has a warm personality. We couldn't have asked for a better, stress-free experience during a very stressful time in our lives. Would recommend this property.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful House

This house was amazing! It was beautiful and everything was brand new! The beds were sooo comfortable I never wanted to get up. lol The host Josh was so attentive and answered every question I had in a timely manner! I highly recommend this place to anyone at all.
