About this property

THE HOUSE OF REPARTS

In a charming Audois village, quiet, between the vineyards and the Corbieres mountains, 30 minutes from the sea. Between Narbonne, Perpignan and Carcassonne, our village house is newly renovated with all modern comforts. A fireplace for cool evenings, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and traditional oven, patio with table and stone benches and bbq shaded by an almond tree. Internet, baby reception to be specified, biker reception with garage and drying of motorcycle clothing, car parking. Dogs allowed on express request. You can take a look on our site:

Nous sommes venus en famille, les renseignements pour notre arrivée nous on bien été communiqué en avance.les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables.La maison est conforme à la description, propre .Nous avons pu découvrir cette région à travers la localisation de la maison.Le village est très accueillant avec une petite épicerie à 5min à pied.Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir.

Belle retraite rustique au cœur des Corbières

L'accueil est charmant et simple, dans une ambiance traditionnelle de terre cuite et de mobilier ancien, et d'odeur de lavande produite par les hotes. Le silence est de grande qualité, les départs de balades sont nombreux à proximité. Le chemin vers le sommet le plus proche de La Boutine est magnifique, mais non balisé, à retrouver sur les cartes ign. Coté espace, on tient facilement à 6. Bonne visite !

Vacances au calme en pleine nature

La maison et le mobilier sont "vintage" horsmis la cuisine qui est récente, elle est suffisamment spacieuse mais il manque un petit jardin ou une cour avec table et chaises pour manger dehors et profiter de l'extérieur. Le BBQ n'est pas utilisable et il faut ôter le mot piscine dans les critères. Néanmoins c'est une base arrière pour visiter la région, ce que nous avons fait durant la semaine. L'environnement est agréable et paisible, la mer n'est pas trop loin (30 mn) mais il faut faire attention à la route pour s'y rendre.

Charmante maison et hôtes très accueillants

Cette petite maison vigneronne restaurée avec soin, dans un charmant village, est le lieu de villégiature idéale si vous souhaitez découvrir les Corbières. Daniel et Claude sont très accueillants et disponibles, des hôtes attentionnés. La maison, avec 3 vraies chambres, est parfaite pour des vacances en famille.
