About this property

House with small garden.

marina: ground floor a large room (kitchen area and lounge area) and WC.
upstairs a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds (80 x 190), a bedroom with 140x190 bedding.

An enclosed garden with plancha and garden furniture.

early April to late October:
2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, jacuzzi, paddling pool with slide for small water slides for older children. Access to gym, sauna and hammam (all for free).
On site: bakery, fast food, grocery store, restaurant.

Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, oven, microwave, ceramic hob ... air conditioning.
It is a rental for 4 people only, non smoking, animals are not allowed.
Nearby windsurfing, golf, tennis, tree climbing, various water sports, horse riding, many walks and visits, not to mention the barcarès markets.

A deposit of 200 € and a "cleaning" check of 60 € will be requested on arrival and returned on your departure if the accommodation is clean and without damage or breakage.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Séjour Barcares

La marina est très bien conçue. Cuisine très fonctionnelle et jardinet très pratique avec sa plancha. On est parti en famille à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 2 ans) et on s'est senti à l'étroit un peu dans les 35m² surement dû au fait que nous vivons en campagne. La chambre parentale manque tout de même de rangement et les maisons mitoyennes font que ça manque d'intimité entre voisins mais rien de trop dérangeant. La plage est a 1km à pied mais avec des enfants, il vaut mieux prendre la voiture. Coté intendance, Fabien est très disponible et arrangeant. Je n'ai pas pu accéder à la salle de sport durant la semaine car ma carte avait un problème et le lecteur DVD ne fonctionnait pas mais je suis sûr que tout est déjà rentré dans l'ordre.

Parfait !!!

Petite maison parfaite pour un couple avec 2 enfants !! Propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit jardin est juste top, les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité. L'emplacement idéal, proche de la piscine et de l'épicerie. Marchés, supermarchés, ... accessibles rapidement en voiture. Parking tout proche de la maison. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war sehr schön und wir haben vor allem den Garten genossen. Manko: für einen 17. jährigen ist das Bett zu klein, auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist für meinen Mann zu klein gewesen. Die beiden Fernseher sind sehr klein. Umgebung super!

Parfait 😊

Location très bien agencée et fonctionnelle, entièrement équipée. La climatisation est un vrai plus car très chaud, même la nuit. Immense plage à 20 min à pied par sentier. Ravis de notre séjour avec un accueil chaleureux à la location.

Cette marina gold est fantastique .Tout est pensé pour le mieux ,très bien meublée ,tout est parfait ,trés bien pour un couple avec 2 enfants ,encore mieux pour un couple..Suivant la météo ,vous pouvez manger à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de plain - pied ,15 mn à pied de la plage ,piscine à 50 mètres ,petite épicerie pour dépannage,bar ,brasserie ,avec soirées à thèmes en soirées .La climatisation a été très appréciée pendant la canicule (séjour du 11/06/22 au 25/06/22 . Que du bonheur .

Un bon séjour dans un bon environnement. La climatisation dans la location est un vrai +. L’emplacement est bon : plage avec accès rapide, axe routier pour aller soit Perpignan soit les plages du sud (Canet/Argeles/Collioure) directement en sortant de la location. Nous recommandons 👍
