Very pleasant house with sea view, on 2 levels, with 8x4 heated swimming pool. It is located at the gates of the beautiful village of Monticello and 5km from Ile Rousse with its beaches and shops.
The house benefits from several terrace spaces which will allow you to have lunch in the sun or in the shade depending on the sunshine and the seasons.
The swimming pool is located on a beautiful terrace area, below the house. Calm and relaxation guaranteed.
The view of the sea and the village of Monticello is panoramic.

The 140m2 villa is made up of:
On the ground floor:
- a large living room (sofa / TV) opening onto a terrace under pergola with sea and village views.
- fully equipped American kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
On the garden level you will find 4 bedrooms each opening onto a terrace area with access to the swimming pool. 3 shower rooms, 2 of which are private with wc, an independent wc.
