Bruno and Kakie welcome you to this Villa facing the mountains in a quiet and typical location, 5 minutes from Ile Rousse from its beaches and shops.

In 5 minutes you arrive at the centre of Ile Rousse, its restaurants, shops, market, beaches.
Pizzeria and burger right next to the house

The Micheline will take you to all the most beautiful beaches of the Balagne.
You are 20 minutes from the beautiful town of Calvi and its citadel and Ste Catherine airport.
You can take hiking trails that are nearby and that will lead you to the most beautiful villages of Balagne (Corbara, Pinia, San Antonino).
You are an hour by car from the FANGU (river, and national forest) where swimming refreshes you (picnic air). You are also an hour and a half from St Florent via the AGRIATES desert.


The villa is non-smoking.

The house has three bedrooms
A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed
The second bedroom with a 160 cm four-poster bed
and the third, larger bedroom with a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds
You will appreciate its 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

The house is very functional it has a kitchen equipped with induction piano, very large oven, dishwasher. 2 refrigerators with small freezer.
Air conditioning and heating in the living room which invites you to rest in 2 sofas.
There is also a children's play area and a television in this room.
For your winter evenings a fireplace.
The kitchen and dining room open onto a very large terrace, sheltered from the sun.
For your meals and grills, the terrace is equipped with plancha, garden lounge and large table for dining facing the mountains.

La villa est parfaite, très bien équipée, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Environnement calme. Très bien située, possibilité de descendre à l’Ile Rousse à pieds (un peu dangereux car pas de trottoir).Kakie et Bruno nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, ils sont disponibles et facilement joignables.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette location.Nous avons été reçus avec un superbe panier garni et de délicieuses confitures maison.La location est très propre et bien pensée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.Le lieu est calme avec une très belle vue.Merci à Bruno et Kakie pour leur accueil.

Nous avons apprécié la villa de Kakie et Bruno, ses commodités et sa piscine qui nous a permis de découvrir la Balagne et le Cap Corse. Terrasse très agréable avec un barbecue plancha très facile à utiliser. Piscine très fonctionnelle et surtout rafraîchissante après une journée de visite en période de canicule. La climatisation appréciable dans la pièce principale. La literie était confortable avec sommeil réparateur. En somme, parfaite location avec des propriétaires charmants et avenants.

Wow, quelle maison!Quasiment parfait équipée avec deux frigos, clime, piscine, deux salles de bains, plancha, grand four, micro-onde, serviettes, etc etc...Les propriétaires sont trop gentil et serviable avec tout "problème" (réception du tele ;-) )À recommander à 100%, on revient sans aucun doute!

Erholsamen Urlaub und eine schöne Zeit verbracht !

Das Ferienhaus war klasse für uns: Familie mit 3 Kindern (12j und 9j).Modern und mit viel Ausstattung.Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber!Sehr nette und aufmerksame Eigentümer.Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut; der Strand von Ile Rousse ist 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Einziger Kritikpunkt: ile Rousse Innenstadt eigentlich zu Fuß nicht weit; jedoch gefährlich, da kein Bürgersteig gibt.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Super séjour

Maison super bien équipée et avec les bases pour la cuisine (toujours très appréciable). Extérieur couvert, appréciable lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Un 1/4h d’Ile Rousse. Panier de bienvenue avec confiture faite maison - trop bonne. La descente vers la maison est un peu raide mais on a passé un super séjour.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Kakie et Bruno. Ils ont tous deux étaient d’un très bon accueil, et de bons conseils pour les visites du coin. La maison est très bien aménagée et équipée, et située parfaitement pour bien rayonner en Balagne. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Merci encore pour tout et surtout votre accueil! Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans la maison de kakie et Bruno. Très bel endroit. Belle prestation et le plus un coin Piscines très agréable , je recommande cette endroit

Très belle maison

Maison propre et soignée où il ne manque rien . Mobilier neuf et de bon goût . Propriétaires à l’écoute . Endroit idéal pour visiter la Balagne qui regorge d’endroits magnifiques.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kakie. Ce gentil couple a été des plus agréable et disponible pour toutes questions. Le logement est très propre et la terrasse à l'ombre a été très appréciée par cette chaleur. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

Très jolie maison, bien agencée

Excellente communication avec des propriétaires au top. Ils prennent soin d'apporter le maximum de confort pour que tout se passe au mieux. Une adresse a ne surtout pas oublié.
