It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

For All Ages

The Beautiful, safe, & relaxing environment provides a fun filled winter break.Six seniors spent a week enjoying the sun, pool, activities onsite & local.Key West is less than one hour away. Awesome houses , an outstanding clubhouse & a marina full of “ not your average” boats provide first class scenery.

Text responses were always immediate from staff including Lauren, April, Mikkel and Alana. Shout out to Alana for 10 out of 10 customer service all week long....with a smile every time we interacted. April graciously let us tour an empty property for our next stay. Sara and Chef were attentive at the pool bar and very easy to talk to. The property is top shelf and all of the employees are even better. We can’t wait to return!

The location is great because we like to travel to both Key West and Islamorada, so the central location of Marathon is very convenient. The check in process was very easy. The home was SUPER clean and in great condition. The kitchen, etc. was well equipped and had everything we needed.The pool was fantastic...special shoutout to two bartenders at the bar by the pool...Sara and "Chef"...great drinks and very courteous, professional, and friendly! A+!Our family will definitely stay here again!

The grounds are very well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. We fished on the local bridges and even caught some keeper caravel jack fish.. Brought them back to the fish cleaning tables at Marlin bay and cleaned them. The next night we took them to the Tiki Bar down the road and had them prepared. We enjoyed the pool and game area everyday, in between site seeing and fishing. Our week went by very quickly . We had 4 adults and 2 children with us and there was plenty of room ..

Luxury resort in Marathon

The house and the resort are spotless. The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. The resort, marina, club house and pool area are very well taken care of. The area is quiet and the staff are responsive and pleasant. The only downside is that the neighborhood is industrial and you need a car to get anywhere.

It's situated in a beautifully maintained resort environment around a large pool with bar services. The house is quite large and very well outfitted, with large comfortable rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and is very modern and clean in feel. It exceeded our expectations! And Marathon is a great location, there are lots of local's bar and restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to the grocery store. The Sombrero beach is beautiful!
