We had the best time! Gail, the property manager, was amazing the whole time! She really made the stay easy and helped by giving us recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The pool was perfect!

We stayed with my two daughters, their husbands and 4 grandchildren. The bedrooms were furnished well. Even though only two bathrooms it was not a problem. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a hit and the tiki hut was fabulous as it is very hot outside without some shade from the sun. We could sit by the pool comfortably and watch the kids swim. I can’t say enough good things about the manager and owner. They were wonderful to work with. We are already thinking about returning next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this property! The pool was a highlight — we spent hours in it every day, and it was always clean and refreshing. The amenities were top-notch and really made the stay feel like a true vacation rather than just a place to sleep. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Marathon is such a gem of the Florida Keys, and having such a comfortable, relaxing home base made exploring the area even better. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Keys getaway!

We went down for Christmas last year was awesome. Communication with the host was great needed a dog crate to help me out just really easy-going and really a great experience beautiful property.

We loved everything about this amazing house! The pool, hot tub, and tiki hut were a highlight for us. There was plenty of space. The bedrooms were lovely and we enjoyed the decor. They had everything we needed and communication was phenomenal. We hope to come back next year!

We had a wonderful week! The house was a great location and had a beautiful outdoor area! We rented a boat and were able to fish and take our fish to restaurants that they cooked for our dinner. The house manager, Gail was a great communicator! We would stay here again!

The home was large enough for our group, the pool and the dock was enjoyed by our grandkids.The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with essentials.

We so enjoyed the outdoor space! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we adults loved the hot tub. The pool/Tiki hut area was so charming at night too with the ambient lighting and pool lights. And true to the listing's name, we actually saw 4 manatees swimming down the canal that the home backs up to. The home has charming beach decor and was very comfortable, and you could not beat the location- close to everything we wanted to do including Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Research Center, indoor surfing and fun shopping. Two major grocery stores only 5 minutes away. It was convenient but also a quiet, restful location. We would book it again!

This was a fantastic stay for the seven of us. Two paddle boarded to the Atlantic, two also jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. We cooked most nights on the stove and the grill. I want to say we nearly never stayed inside. The pool was a perfect size, and one couple wants to put one at their house just like it. We fished (caught three) off the dock, lounged in the pool (loved the umbrella) and spent much time under the tiki hut. The house is so close to everything, including the grocery, the dive shop and the tax office for our fishing licenses. Gail was so quick to respond to every message we sent, and made the whole trip stress free. This is the first house we ever said we’d go back to. Thank you so much for such a good time.

Great location, great property

Loved staying here with our family. Neighborhood is quiet, neighbors very friendly and welcoming. Property managers are nice and incredibly prompt to service any request or issue. Pool and tiki hut were a great place to spend the week!

Very nice place but road is tight if you have a big boat 24' and entry to canal is very shallow at low tide

Fun Christmas Getaway!

Great place to stay! Kitchen fully stocked. Loved hanging out on the dock. Fun for our older kids to get in the kayak and paddle board. Very clean when we arrived, and property management was quick to respond to any questions.
