Guests will love the unbeatable downtown location, just steps from Savannah’s best rooftop bars, vibrant nightlife, and next door to Marbled & Fin, one of the city’s premier fine dining destinations. Best of all, you can walk to everything, no car needed.

Set along the picturesque, tree-lined Oglethorpe Avenue, this home captures the essence of Historic Savannah, where moss-draped live oaks, brick pathways, and iconic squares surround you. The property also welcomes one furry friend 35 lbs and under, making it the perfect option for a pet-friendly Savannah getaway.

Inside, the first floor features two inviting living spaces, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room ideal for gathering. Just beyond, your private courtyard oasis awaits, complete with a heated spa/plunge pool—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring downtown Savannah.

Parking is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, parking kiosks, or meters directly. Nearby public parking garages and pre-paid visitor parking passes through the Parking and Mobility Services office are also available. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signage when parking.
