Absolutely beautiful property! Very spacious. Lots of room for big groups. Pool was very clean. Convenient to anything you want to visit in downtown Savannah. We will definitely be returning for future visits!

The home was extremely clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The open kitchen, dining room, and living area provided a great place to all be together. Each family grouping had their own bathroom, which everyone appreciated. The pool was a wonderful place to go after sightseeing. The home is only two houses down from the free trolley stop, which made it easy to go to various parts of Savannah, which made up for it being a little out of the main tourist area. Lucky Savannah Rentals was very responsive to any of our inquiries. We highly recommend this home!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dirty bedding, smoke detector went off all night and wasn’t addressed. Pool heat was on and then it was not working. A lot of money spent for a lot of hassle. We have stayed at many vacation rentals in many places and for the money this wasn’t close to the best.

The property was perfect for our birthday trip with 5 couples. Lots of good - every room and amenity was aligned with the photos on the listing, including the pool and outdoor areas; the bedrooms and bathrooms all had the necessary amenities and supplies, along with the amazing kitchen!The only complication was the AC. Upstairs was broken upon arrival; the team was immediately responsive, sending Vernon over to inspect and then he returned with 2 window units, working late until the evening. However, on the 2nd day, the master bedroom AC stopped cooling; Vernon returned again but was unable to resolve it — an AC company came as well while we were out and tried but were unsuccessful. For the majority of our stay, sleeping was very uncomfortable for my husband and I…which was disappointing given we were the ones who were celebrating my birthday and the ones who paid for the house.The massive highlight was Vernon - he was kind, helpful, and truly seemed to enjoy his job even at very late hours. He’s a wonderful ambassador of your company.We will definitely rent from this company again if given the chance.

It offered plenty of room for our entire family to gather, making it the perfect spot for cooking and enjoying meals together. We loved that there was an open feel connecting the kitchen to the sitting and living areas, which made family bonding effortless. With 12 of us, including our kids, their spouses, and our grandchildren, it was crucial for everyone to have comfortable sleeping accommodations, and this property delivered. Every adult had their own private path to relax, and we felt right at home.Having the private pool was a highlight for the little ones, who swam every day! Even though the property is nestled in Midtown, it felt wonderfully secluded. It was just a quick 35-minute drive to Tybee Beach and about an hour and a half to St. Simons, making our beach days both easy and incredibly enjoyable.We hosted game nights that brought the family together and cozy movie nights were a breeze, thanks to the abundance of extra blankets available. One of our favorite days was spent cooking out, with everyone contributing a special side dish—there was more than enough room for everyone in the kitchen to pitch in.All in all, our stay was nothing short of perfect. This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay! Three families,2 children each, stayed & had their own rooms. Parents had king beds w/ blackout curtains (dangerous!), 50” televisions, closets, & en-suite bathrooms. Each king room was like a master bedroom…wonderful! The children had their own rooms and bathrooms (2 rooms shared 1 bathroom…no problem there). The master downstairs had an open living area, along with a soaking tub, shower, private toilet, and closet that had a sitting vanity/stool. The home came with towels for the BEAUTIFUL and private pool…alongside multiple lounges and tables. The private outside porch next to the pool had barheight table and chairs, large tv, and 2-3 cushioned seats. Decor is absolutely beautiful. Beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. Top of the line. Frontgate bedding. Comfy throws and blankets for lounging. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, just as a hotel would be. The kitchen as well…travel size dish detergent, a cpl of dishwasher tablets to get us started. Nugget ice machine. Keurig and drip coffee maker. Top of the line cooktop/oven/outdoor grill. Nicer than you can expect at home. The communication from Lucky Savannah was perfect leading up to & upon our arrival. The agency was inspecting the home prior to arrival & our groceries were delivered…upon which Lucky Savannah brought them in & stocked the kitchen! We will be back to Savannah and we will book our trip around the availability of THIS home!
