Summer Place 305 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, third floor, beachfront condominium on Okaloosa Island. This unit in newly furnished with upscale furniture and decor. The private balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, provides an unbeatable ocean view where dolphins can commonly been seen daily. The Master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, balcony access, and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and adjoin the second full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. There is a separate bunk room with a TV for kids. The living room can sleep two on a queen sofa bed, and features a large Flat Screen TV. The full kitchen has modern appliances with seating for 10, perfect for dining in.

Summer Place Resort is located at 1111 Santa Rosa Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, 32548, directly adjacent to the popular Waterscape Resort. This central location on Okaloosa Island puts you just minutes from all of Destin's local attractions.
