This exquisite, top floor, two-level Platinum residence offers vaulted ceilings, an open floorplan with a gas fireplace in the great room, dining area and full kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Additional features include dual king primary suites, bunk room with twin-over-queen beds, custom/designer lighting and furnishings, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, on-site parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek.
Guests will enjoy enviable mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use.
Per Ascent HOA Rules & Regulations, regardless of bedding only 2 rental guests are allowed in each room with the exception of infants under 1 year old.
Guests will enjoy enviable mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use.
