Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with Vacation Rental Collective. :) Sorry to hear that the Purgatory Ski Resort's shuttle driver was not helpful, as they should be. We have provided that feedback to the Purgatory Ski Resort. Thanks for letting us know. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

It’s also wonderful to hear that the shuttle service was convenient and that Tyler helped make your experience even better—we have passed this information along your kind words. We do apologize for the initial confusion with the reservation and check-in details. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again on your next visit to Beaver Creek!
