Lake Geneva Villa With Incredible View & Jaccuzi

Enjoy an unforgettable stay on Lake Geneva. A beautiful property set in the most remote and natural setting, a short drive from Lausanne, Montreux (Switzerland) or Evian (France). The most beautiful unhindered view of the lake from almost every window, the beach a 5 min walk, mountain hikes from the house, a stream of clear mountain water running in the yard, and all the comfort you can imagine. This is our magical hideaway, we come often so our personal belongings remain in the house.
Please note that in the wintertime, the Jaccuzi may not be available due to the environmental cost of heating such a large basin. Please contact us prior to booking to check its availability.
Also please note that while our house can accommodate up to 10 people, it is a family-oriented rental and is not adapted to 10 adults.

Why they chose this property

Access to the property is best done by car, an easy 30 min drive from Montreux (Switzerland - visible across the lake from the house), Evian (France) 20 minutes, Ski stations 20 minutes (Thollon-les-mémises, Bernex), Lausanne (Switzerland) 45 minutes.
The house is located on the outskirts of a tiny village, with a bike path leading to bakery, train station (trains to all locations in Switzerland, and to Italy), restaurants, and other activities (3km away).

What makes this property unique

Set in beautiful pristine nature, not far away from all amenities but just far enough to be quiet, peaceful, and hear the stream of water running through the yard (same water as is bottled up in Evian!). You can hike into the mountains straight from the house, walking as far as Evian or the Month Blanc if you'd like!
