Its positioning in the center of the island makes it an ideal base for an authentic holiday home and discover the tourist wealth of Martinique. The cottage can also be an alternative for the business tourist.

The cottage is an F3 with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one of 16 m² double bed, mosquito net, storage cupboard, the other 2 single beds, mosquito nets and storage) bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen fully equipped, large terrace (+ 30m²) furnished relaxation area and dining area, access to the garden.
