Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with beverage cooler, kitchen with upscale appliances plus a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig and Lenox China, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great unit especially if you are not a fan of heights. Unit was a beautiful condo and very clean. Loved parking on the 3rd floor where our condo was only time we had to use elevator was when we went to the beach. The only thing I think it needs is a new dryer it did take at least two cycles to dry clothes even when there was not much in the dryer other than that it was perfect! I would definitely rent again!

We previously stayed at this condo but something has changed. The couch was very dirty and worn with nail clippings on it, the recliner was broken and when plugged in it sparked and tripped the breaker, the master bedding was visably stained and but after washing it came clean, two outdoor patio chairs were broken, the floor was very dirty and you could see dirt and trash under several pieces of furniture. I emailed the host twice and never received a reply!!This condo is in a great location with easy access but this stay was a disappointment.

The condo has a great view! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach via a boardwalk in front of the building. The balcony was so amazing because of the great views. The condo was pleasantly decorated with plenty of space for our family. It was stocked with starter supplies, plenty of dishes and other cooking essentials. The host was very detailed with the instructions which we appreciated. We didn’t have to call the host with any issues. The only minor complaint about the condo is when we arrived there was sand on the floors. We had to dust the ceiling fan pulls. The whirlpool tub in the bathroom had black debris in it after we ran the water. One thing to note about Phoenix Orange Beach: we were looking forward to enjoying the lazy river and thought by visiting in late August, with lots of kids back in school, it wouldn’t be as crowded. This was not the case. Was not able to enjoy the pool due to a lot of rowdy guests. The pool area was very crowded all the time and people were partying in the indoor pools, using foul language and playing loud music, drinking alcohol in front of families with very young children. There were 4 middle aged adults in our party and we soon realized this building was not a good fit for us but we enjoyed the condo, especially the ocean view. Also, this building was conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops we enjoyed.

The only complaint we have is the cleanliness of the condo. We felt like it was not as clean as it could had been for what we paid. The floor was filthy, bedspreads were stained, and rugs were not clean. I told the host about our experience on the cleanliness and he didn't do anything about it.

Overall great vacation and the unit was perfect for our group. Housekeeping should be looked into however. We were pretty surprised by how dusty and dirty the unit was. Our feet were black day one from dirty floors. We found a mop but it was covered in dust and dryer lint and we had no mopping solution. Cabinets had spills on them as well as the cabinet above the microwave being covered with grease and dust. Dust is everywhere in the unit. Under the couch, all the baseboards and the utility closets. The master bathtub had hair on the sides that was never cleaned up. Dishes had been put up dirty with crusted food on them. Furniture is pretty stained throughout including couch, dining chairs and the living room rug. I have pictures of everything and will be emailing the owner. Again, we had a great vacation but was pretty shocked by the dirtiness of the unit considering we paid good money to stay here. This unit needs a very thorough cleaning before tenants book this place.

Five retired girlfriends stayed almost a week in this lovely unit. The view from our 3rd floor unit was stellar and the deck was well equipped with 2 lounge chairs and a table and chairs for playing games! The beach is so beautiful and the lazy river is such a wonderful relaxing perk. The beds were comfortable, however, I would suggest a small step stool be placed in the primary bedroom for short folks like me to get onto the high bed without a struggle. The one thing that was such an irritant was the ice make in the bar area. It made ice, but ran very noisily every 20- 30 minutes and it sounded like a small brook was running inside the rear of it as the water ran out the bottom. That has to be a terrible waste of water. I called about it, but they said as long as it was making ice, they don’t mess with it. All things considered our stay was a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time! The listing was very accurate in its description of the rooms and the kitchen. The parking on the same level as the room was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river well as the balcony and the ocean view.

For the Price - you can do better overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we walked into a pool of water coming from the built in ice-maker, stained carpet, stained couch, and a broken outside chair - so one less to eat at the table. The description of the kitchen amenities (we cook every night) was bogus. For example, the knife butcher block did not have all the knives. Two coffee pots, only one carafe. The master toilet leaked from the handle a bit. The unit wasn't cleaned very well. There was grit on the kitchen counters that we wiped down upon arrival, for example. The place just seems neglected. We did call for maintenance to fix the ice maker, which they did. The beach proximity is great. That is a plus. Fitness area - no complaints. Lazy river - pool area: no complaints other than we are fairly certain Hampton Inn guests from next door were using the area, as well. The condo is spacious, the bedrooms suited our needs. We made the best of it because we were at the beach, but next year - we already booked at Turquoise for roughly the same price.

PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH UNLOADING AND PARKING

The condo was beautiful and our stay was great. The only exception to this was the unfavorable way to off-load personal belongings at check-in and also the 55. Per vehicle parking charge. There is not a safe/secure place to off-load your luggage and personal belongings and groceries at check-in. The slant of the parking garage and trying to off-load belongings into the carts, is a bit dangerous especially with traffic flowing through the garage as well as the cart trying to roll downhill while you are trying to off-load. There needs to be a flat area/15 minute off-loading area available. Also you don’t need to charge your guests for parking of two vehicles. I understand if you have multiple vehicles…..over two, I agree with the charges. But I paid 3 x 55. For our vehicles to park….and one of the vehicles only parked in the garage for a few hours one day. This was ridiculous.

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.
