Villa located in the heart of Provence on a living area of ​​220 m2 with swimming pool.
Closed and sported ground of 2500 m2. House overlooking the village with a view of the vineyards. This villa has the particularity of having an independent suite (bedroom, bathroom and toilet) and adjoining the house by a nice covered terrace overlooking the pool.
The living room is spacious and open with large windows overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen opens onto the dining room and a terrace with arbor. This house has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 master suite with a large dressing room and baby room upstairs.

Idyllic location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was perfect, and Ann and her family were very welcoming and helpful. The location was superb, and we were lucky enough to be able to attend the local village festival with fireworks and a cabaret show. Phone torches were essential for the walk home at midnight! We’ll definitely be returning if we can!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis

We zijn de afgelopen 14 dagen in het huis van Ann en Manuel verbleven. We waren met 9 personen. Het huis is prachtig met een mooie ligging. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het was erg warm maar door het heerlijke zwembad en de airco in het hele huis was het heel heerlijk en konden we goed slapen. Ann en Manuel geven tips over de omgeving en zijn goed bereikbaar voor vragen. We zouden zeker terugkomen en raden het huis zeker aan! Bedankt voor alles. We zouden zeker

Sehr schön gelegene Villa

Wir haben mit unserer großen Familie den Aufenthalt in der mit allem Komfort ausgestatteten Villa sehr genossen. Vom großen Pool aus hat man durch die Hanglage Aussicht auf die herrliche Umgebung. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage gefallen mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und Ausflügen in die reizvolle Umgebung. Die Besitzer Ann und ihr Mann Manuel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

A bientôt, on espère

Nous avons passé 10 jours splendides à Cabasse dans la maison d'Ann. Nous étions en 2 couples plus un ami et la maison est très vaste et confortable, même pour 8-9 personnes. Il y a vraiment tout le comfort, une grande piscine, il est calme, on peut se promener vers l'Abbaye de Thoronet ou Notre-Dame du Gleve. L'arrivée et le départ étaient très bien arrangés. Venant à Cabasse depuis quelques annees pour nous c‘etait la meilleur maison. Un tres grand Merci et a bientot.

Schöne Lage mit großem Pool und überdachtem Loungebereich

Das Haus liegt am Hang mit tollem Weitblick. Der Pool ist schön groß. Der Aufenthalt im und am Haus hat uns einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Provence-Villa

Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern in diesem schönen Haus eine wunderbare Woche verlebt. Großzügige Ausstattung, viel Platz, Tischtennisplatte, 3 Fahrräder, 1 Kinderfahrrad. Schöne Ziele in der Umgebung, schnell per Rad erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großartige Lage mit schönem Panorama. Sehr nette Vermieterin die flexibel auf unsere An- und Abreisewünsche einging. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Un accueil chaleureux et disponible des propriétaires. La villa est fabuleuse avec une literie de qualitè et tout le confort . La piscine est très grande et très belle. La pergola est également très grande ce qui permet au moment les plus chaud de manger , faire la sieste ou encore jouer au ping pong à l abris du soleil. Le site est un havre de paix une vue superbe. Nous reviendrons.

Highly recommended

After having spent a 9 day week here as a group of 9 friends we highly recommend this villa. The villa is located in a beautiful, isolated area which makes it really quiet but somewhat difficult to reach. It was very luxurious, with AC in all bedrooms bar one and a amazing pool. Even with a group of 9 the villa was plenty spacious and comfortable. Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect; we were even allowed to stay for an extra two days! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa!
