I wanted to feel like I lived in France for our 10 day vacation. This charming home in perfect Flayosc made that possible. The house was spacious, comfortable and gorgeous. I especially love the art and antiques. The mattresses were so comfortable. It was the perfect home base for us. The terrassed yard was lovely for little walks. We played Petanque in the court.I would rise in the morning to go down to the village of Flayosc for a baguette and treats. There are little shops for anything you might need. Lovely restaurants and scenery. Flayosc is close to Draguignan if you want a larger grocery store or more shopping and restaurants.We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Villa, Beautiful Village

This was the perfect base for our family of four (children aged 14 and 10 years) in the South of France. It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and utterly charming. The outdoor space was wonderful too, especially the pool. And it was an easy walk or drive into the village, which was adorable and full of excellent shops and restaurants.

It is a very nice and relaxing house. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, playing games under the porch, grilling fresh fish. Everything works like it should in the house and it was very clean. The kitchen seems to be brand new. The house has airconditionining which i very welcome in the nice warm climate. We had one small misunderstanding but that was solved imediately, We would defenitely book this houde again. Oh, I almost forgot the stuuning view.

A lovely house which needs the sun to make it shine.

Unseasonably chilly and wet weather gave us a very cold welcome to this lovely house which had not been used for a number of weeks. A plea to the agent for temporary warmth led very quickly to a call from owner Caroline who resolved the problem satisfactorily. The house and the weather gradually warmed up, and by the end of the week we were wishing we could stay longer. The upstairs bedroom was very comfortable and had wonderful views over the countryside across to the hills in the distance. These views were equally as impressive from the pool area and the covered patio. We had asked for the pool to be heated (an extra cost), and this gave us a comfortable swim each day, the heat pump coping well even after cold wet weather. The private grounds were extensive beyond the floral garden around the house, with many indigenous plants and olive trees. The well-equipped kitchen was a standout feature with its very new huge fridge freezer, and 2 ovens (one also a microwave). There was a huge pile of manufacturer handbooks for every appliance in the house, but it was challenging trying to find the relevant one needed. This is a lovely place to stay, but it needs the sun to bring out its best.

Heerlijk huis met veel privacy. En alles wat je maar kunt verzinnen is aanwezig. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de jeu de boules, de tafeltennistafel en de heerlijke tuin met overkapping en BBQ.

sehr schön gelegene Villa

Gepflegte Villa in schöner Lage, fußläufig in den entzückenden Ort. Herrliche Aussicht. Großer Garten, schön ruhig. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen dort. 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder. Ein Schlafzimmer leider ohne Tür, sondern mit Vorhang. Gut ausgestattete Küche, alles sauber.Viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund ums Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Maison très confortable et très bien située, au calme, dans une rue peu fréquentée, avec une très belle vue. Piscine pas gigantesque mais très agréable. Propreté très correcte, si ce n est qq oublis (notamment qq éléments de vaisselle et étagères sales dans la cuisine). Très bien équipée (sauf manque de poêles viande/poisson compatibles induction, signalé au propriétaire mais non solutionné pendant le séjour), le frigo US avec distributeur d'eau et de glaçons est un vrai plus. Par rapport au descriptif actuellement visible sur le site Abritel, il est bon de préciser que toutes les pièces sont climatisées (un régal par les fortes chaleurs que nous avons connues). Par contre, il faut savoir que l'accès a la 4eme chambre et a la 2eme sdb/WC du RDC implique de payer un supplément (nous en en avons été informés avant la réservation mais ce serait sans doute bien de l'indiquer d emblee) et qu'il n'y a pas de douche extérieure (contrairement a ce qui était annoncé). Mais une très belle expérience dans l ensemble .

The house has 2 price options (both very competitive), one with the 4th bedroom for larger groups and one without for smaller groups (<6). As you say, you were reminded of this before accepting the reservation, although this is also stated on the VRBO website. There remains the option of adding the 4th room for smaller groups.

Sommertraum

Wir haben eine (sehr heiße) Woche mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in dem schönen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Dank Klimaanlage war es in den Innenräumen auch gut auszuhalten. Und für die Kinder war der Eiswürfelspender im Kühlschrank ein tolles Extra bei dem Wetter :) Alles war gut gepflegt, die Bäder sind modern, einzig die Küche könnte irgendwann eine kleine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Der Garten war zwar zu dieser Zeit extrem trocken aber ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Den tollen Ausblick haben wir jeden Tag genossen, dazu gab es im Außen-/Poolbereich ausreichend bequeme Liegen und Stühle! Die Umgebung (Flayosc, Draguignan...) und die ruhige Lage des Hauses waren für uns top. Wir empfehlen dieses schöne und in jeglicher Hinsicht gut ausgestattete Haus uneingeschränkt weiter, insbesondere Gäste, die Erholung suchen und Familien mit Kindern werden einen Aufenthalt sicher genießen!

Perfect location, quiet, 100 % privacy, splendid view, pool well maintained, clean and spacious. Jeu de boules court and table tennis is a plus for young and old. House is ok, rather old and small kitchen but big and new fridge... downside is only 1 room with AC and apart from room on first floor, rooms need a refresh ...

Excellent séjour à la villa Aramesh

Une très belle semaine de vacances à la Villa Aramesh, nous étions une famille de 7 adultes et 1 bébé. La villa est spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée. Elle est conviviale et conçue pour que chacun ait son espace. La piscine et les extérieurs sont magnifiques et la vue tout simplement magique. Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Jann et les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Bref, des vacances parfaites et un petit pincement au cœur en quittant la villa.

Calme absolu et très belle vue

Maison très bien situé bien équipée pour vivre en extérieur Au calme dans un très bel environnement, permettant à une famille nombreuse de vivre de bons moments . Boulodrome, ping-pong, trampoline, jeux pour jeunes enfants, piscine très agréable, terrasse ombragée, rien ne manque. Aussi proche des gorges du Verdon pour de belles découvertes.
