Welcome home to this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront 4th floor unit that offers beautiful furnishings and updated decor. From the moment you enter, you will find a modern comfortable environment with extraordinary ambiance. Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront and a pantry area. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Unit includes two completely remodeled baths, one with tub-shower and the master with oversized gorgeous large shower with two shower heads and double sinks. Paradise found.
SPECIAL NOTE: We rent Saturday to Saturday ONLY from March thru October and provide one beach service set-up (2 chairs and one umbrella) on the beach through the Association's beach vendor from March thru October as weather permits. Every room from the entry to the balcony has been updated in this extensive remodel. From the unit to the spectacular grounds and pool, onsite amenities and the beautiful white sand that accentuates the crystal clear emerald waters, this unit and property is paradise found.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crescent! The unit was beautifully decorated with a stylish coastal vibe, that made us feel at home. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and hassle free. Really nice pool that was clean and inviting. The entire complex was well maintained. We loved having the beach service and the location was absolutely ideal. Close to everything you may need or want. We highly recommend!

The introduction of RFID bracelets was new for us at this property. We have stayed in many other units at this property prior. The bracelets worked about half of the time and we had to have them exchanged. Checking in at 5:00 PM EST is a really late time for a vacation stay and wish it could have been earlier. The condo was beautiful and well equiped. The owner was very nice and available when needed. The property is very well maintained and the white sands at the beach are unbeatable.

We are sorry that this guest had problems with the RFID bands that the property uses throughout for all occupants, but do not understand why or even how any rental property could reasonably operate in the time zone from where each guest comes from instead of where the rental unit is located. This area of Florida operates in CENTRAL time zone not EASTERN. This time zone is clearly listed in all the documents provided for each reservation, including the rental agreement accessible prior to making a reservation and before any payment is tendered. This is standard practice throughout the industry. In this specific reservation, guest checkin was 4 p.m. not 5 p.m.

Great condo on the beach! Very clean and nicely remodeled. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The pools and hot tub were great as well. We loved the fireplaces and the large balcony. The only thing that could have made our stay even better was maybe a couple plastic plates and cups for the kiddos, some beach toys, and maybe a couple board games or a puzzle. It was wonderful though and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this unit.

We appreciate that the guest liked the unit and enjoyed their stay. Unfortunately, the guest did not advise us of the items that were ruined during their stay in this newly remodeled unit: one brand-new bed blanket destroyed because of embedding into it some type of green "gunk" (seaweed/June grass?) that could not be removed even after several washings; new white king sheet set stained with a dark product that housekeeping could not remove even after pre-treatment and washing. This same product was on doors, and the bathroom quartz, discoloring both; accumulation of sand left in the freezer and; new kitchen rug was soiled by a spill left by the guest that housekeeping could not remove completely even after treatment. We do not consider this "normal wear n tear."

Wonderful Vacation at The Crescent again this year!

Our beautiful condo facilities were more than sufficient. Our families of 10 enjoyed the enjoyed the two condos we rented, the beach, and the pool. Our grandchildren, ages 5-7 enjoyed spending time with other guests children at the pool and the beach. The site is clean, safe and inviting for families. Thank you for having such fine facilities and for the secure operations at the site.

Only thing missing in condo unit was a CD player...The Crescent needs a ramp down to the beach.....elimate those steps!

Unfortunately, there are very few accessible ramps across the dunes to the beach in this market on private beachfront properties nor even on the public beach access areas. As for CD players, technology has moved on and these items are no longer requested by most guests which is why you won't see them in any of our units today. You are always welcome to bring your own however.

We welcome you to explore this great property that has been remodeled with great care and you in mind.

Why select this property? Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Pool Pavilion is fabulous. If not the best in all of Destin, certainly one of the exceptional pool pavilions! Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome. It caters to families and those looking for a relaxing vacation directly on the beachfront.
