Easy Peasy, built by Legacy Lake Homes, is in the gated community of Twin Creeks Village. Steps from the brand new Twin Creeks Marina, this home boasts of beautiful views from upper deck and back porch of Tim’s Ford Lake in Winchester, Tennessee. Twin Creeks Marina offers pontoon boat rentals, a stocked convenience store, gas, and a restaurant / bar conveniently accessible through the backyard-- no need to drive!
Bring your own boat and put in conveniently at the Twin Creeks private boat ramp.
Twin Creeks Village is a golf cart friendly community with a private golf cart path to the marina parking lot if you would like to use our golf cart. Drivers must have a valid drivers license. The community also offers a small putting green, 3 pools, clubhouse, and outdoor lounging area poolside for the ultimate vacation experience.
Minutes from quaint downtown Winchester, and many other local attractions. Come visit Tim's Ford Lake, nearby Jack Daniels and enjoy relaxing with loved ones. For those wishing to explore, Monteagle Mountain and Sewanee: The University of the South are a short drive away.
This 4 bedroom home has 3 bedroom suites and one large bonus room with 5 twin beds adjacent to a large, full hallway bathroom.
Downstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and soaking tub.
Upstairs suite- king bed with private bathroom, rain showerhead, and soaking tub. Access to upper deck.
Upstairs bedroom 3 suite- queen bed with private bathroom, shower. Access to upper deck.
Upstairs bonus room- 5 twin beds with an XL bathroom in the hall, bathtub shower.
Downstairs sitting room has a futon sofa for extra accommodations for 1 teen or 2 small children, next to a full guest bathroom, with bathtub shower.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen while entertaining guests in the large open floor plan home. Easy Peasy includes Wifi, and 5 large screen televisions with access to DirecTv app, and many more apps as all the TVs in the bedrooms and living room are Roku Smart TVs. Other amenities include garage and driveway parking, overflow and trailer parking at the boat ramp area, washer and dryer, outdoor charcoal grill on the back porch, and firepit. Home is professionally decorated and sure to impress. Come enjoy lake life! It is Easy Peasy!

Golf Cart drivers must have a valid drivers' license. Keep cart plugged in when not in use.
Please bring your own towels for pool and lake use. There is a pool fob to enter any of the 3 pools and 8 wristbands. $50 fine for a lost fob.
Please assist with trash pick up Mondays. Please make sure the home is secured upon departure. $100 fine will be charged for negligence.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Easy Peasy! The house was roomy enough for our whole family! We loved the fenced in backyard for our younger grandchildren to run around in. We also loved riding in the golf cart and swimming in the pools. The kitchen and grill allowed us to prepare the majority of our meals at the house! The beds and furniture were all comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us…..can’t wait to come back!

I currently manage long term rentals in the Spring Hill area and reside in Bethesda, TN. This is my first short-term rental and I hope you enjoy our lake home as much as I do!
