This home is 5 minutes from the popular Twin Creeks Marina where you can rent a boat or eat/drink at Drafts & Watercrafts Bar and Grill. Also, you will be within 5 min of the Winchester town square where you can enjoy Walnut Hill Coffee Shop, Filo`s Tavern for lunch and dinner, plus many more.
The pool is open May-Labor Day
The TVA drops lake levels November-March so the water levels will be lower compared to summer level pictures
