Pedestrian residence "Les As", southern district, area Pipeyrous, close to the tennis club, quick access to the beaches and center of the resort by cycling trails and pedestrian trails. Semi-detached small house, 30m² with 1 floor for 4/5 people. The bright living room (sofa bed - occasional double sleeping 160cm) opens onto a large terrace, not overlooked, south facing. The equipped kitchen area is opened on the main room (washing machine - dishwasher). The closed mezzanine as a bedroom (bunk beds + 1 single bed) opens on a second sleeping area equipped with a double bed. Bath room with bath, sink and toilet. Baby kit available with an umbrella bed and a high chair. There is a car park at the entrance to the residence. Your pet is welcome in this accommodation. Reach beaches, shops and surf schools at 1.5 km, golf at 2 km, lake at 5 km (REF 01376M)

Passable propriétaire près de ses sous

Annonce trompeuse annonçant wi-fi et linge de maison inclus pour dire le contraire tout en bas Sinon c’est visiblement une maison un peu dortoir uniquement réservée à la location de rapport avec quelques points choquants Les chaises autour de la table viennent visiblement d’un réfectoire d’école des années 50 achetées en surplus ou trouvées dans un rebut Elles sont très inconfortables et surtout elles n’ont plus de caoutchouc sous les pieds en métal ce qui fait qu’elles crissent sur le carrelage en faisant un bruit horrible réveillant les gens qui dorment encore le matin Ensuite comble de la désinvolture à la limite de la provocation la télé a la taille d’un iPad ce qui pour cinq personnes est franchement se ficher de ses hôtes. Enfin aucun effort de décoration alors qu’à peu de frais la maison pourrait être beaucoup plus accueillante ainsi que la terrasse laissée totalement à nu à contrastant négativement avec celles des alentours.

Maisonnette située au sein d'une résidence piétonne (sécurisant lorsque l'on est accompagné d'enfants en bas age). Vous accédez rapidement, en vélo ou à pieds, aux plages de sable fin. Salle d'eau récemment rénovée, moderne et très agréable. De nombreuses activités vous sont proposées sur Lacanau : cours de surf, activités nautiques sur le lac, golf, tennis, trinquet, balades pédalo en pinasse ou en catamaran. Il y en a pour tous les gouts
