This unique oceanfront property is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular views of the blue Pacific and the entire Poipu coastline from each unit. This small property has only 15 units, providing privacy and intimacy while being just a short walk to the world renowned Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. The sounds of the sea fill every room and each unit has full length lanais offering a great lookout for hours of watching turtles, dolphins, seasonal whales and brilliant sunsets.

Our units are described, photographed and rated so you can pick the perfect island home for you and your family.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Kauai Getaway

We came to Kauai to relax and recover from a super busy season and this property was just what the doctor ordered. The sound of the waves crashing on the bluff was so soothing. We saw dozens of sea turtles, several dolphins and even a few whales. The stars were amazing in the evening as well. The location was wonderful! We would definitely return for a future vacation.

Kauai retreat

My son and I had a wonderful, busy but relaxing, visit. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had amazing views of green turtles feeding. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Everything from check in to the check out went smooth.

Family Fun

Absolutely wonderful property. We had everything we needed and more. Love, love, loved the Lani. We all spent a lot of time watching waves and turtles. The sunsets were fantastic.

Fantastic view of the ocean. Large balcony with very comfortable chairs to enjoy the view and pounding surf. Accommodations first class. Bed in master bedroom is most comfortable ever slept on. Great location, plenty of places to walk. Upscale area.

Ocean Perfection

Perfect views, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (except missing a cookie sheet and we added a Keurig) great full sized washer and dryer. Hard to handle the ants but we did a pretty good job.

The balcony was exactly what we were hoping for, and the close, oceanfront views of the spectacular waves and sunsets were spectacular. Having a more detailed description of all the inner side streets and turns to reach the property in the dark on the first night would have been helpful; thus, the 4 stars instead of 5 for the check-in process. Otherwise, we had a great vacation.

Amazing view of ocean BUT….

The location and views were fantastic. Watching the sunset while sipping on a homemade rum drink was wonderful. But this apartment is hot and stuffy and sleeping well was tough for all 4 of us. Surprisingly, the condo is protected from the off shore breezes so not great airflow in the bedrooms. The fans help but are loud. The guest room off the courtyard was quiet until the rooster living in the small courtyard starts crowing around 5 am. Also the lights in the courtyard area of each unit stay on so it is quite bright. We had some flea problems and this condo offered no help with that. We did find vacuuming them off the bed and walls in the kitchen and bathroom helped quite a bit. We LOVED the view and the ability to cook but would not stay here again because of the poor sleeping environment.

Bug infested condo with an ocean view

There is about 35 stairs to the condo. Not for anyone elderly or with a disability. The front door has no dead bolt and is a security risk. The light outside the front door is to dim to light up where you put your key ( no keypad this places uses a key). On our day of check in we were greeted by hundreds of red flies at every light , black bugs in all the beds and blankets and ants all over the kitchen. Maintenance was there every day we were there. If they fixed something they left when done leaving lol equipment out. The view is breathtaking and is redeeming but the amount of issues ruins it. We had to put all food in the fridge to keep it from the ants. We put every blanket or linen in the drier before use to kill the bugs.

Idyllic Setting

Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of ocean waves, sip coffee on the terrace as you watch the larger waves leap up in a sort of aquatic fireworks as they hit the lava cliffs below. We spent a heavenly vacation in this beautiful unit where we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great amenities, beautifully decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We have always loved poipu, and enjoyed this trip even mor due to the fabulous view, tasteful furnishings and all the amenities! Only downside was pool, but who goes to Hawaii for the pool!

Fantastic location and a very nice well equipped condo.

This condo is in the top 2 of all the condos we've ever stayed in Hawaii. We've been staying at VRBO condos in Hawaii three time a year for the past 7 years (except 2020). This one is was great. The management was very professional and returned messages promptly.

The property is outdated. It could use some paint and new cabinets. The common a tree areas need work as well. The pool is not maintained and the size of a postage stamp.

First Trip to Kauai

We booked this due to the location and views from the listing. It was as expected and had incredible views. The unit was well stocked and the property management made the visit simple. No AC however, there were several fans which worked well. Only about a 12 minute walk to Brennecke’s and a couple of surrounding beaches. The plunge pool is small but was a great last day relaxation spot. We would stay here again.

Excellant place to holiday

This property was just as amazing as the pictures, fully stocked kitchen, brand new mattress which was a joy, and finally the air conditioner which was a life saver. The point right outside of the lanai, had great turtle viewing everyday. Highly recommend for your stay, and the property manager was great to work with.

Amazing location, very comfortable condo

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights in July. The condo is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The best part is the location. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching the waves crashing into the rocks below and looking for sea turtles in the water. (Saw several). We were less than a mile from Poipu beach and close to lots of shopping and eateries. This condo is a great place and a wonderful value. Parking is a little tight but very convenient.
